If you have something on the menu, then have it.The one thing I really like from Wendy's is the baked potato. Every time I go for supper and mind you its before 7pm,why do you never have baked potatoes? You don't even give the option of waiting to make potatoes, you don't offer even. You are open tonight till at least 11,maybe later, you shouldn't be unwilling to make more potatoes with it being that long till closing.

I like to stop at Wendy’s in the mornings and get the honey chicken biscuit. But what I hate about this restaurant is that every dayshift person is always cocky and mean. I understand you hate your job I hate my job just as bad but be thankful that you have a job so people can come and eat and keep you in a job. But instead you choose to be hateful mean rude and you get pissed off when somebody asked for something extra. If you don’t like the job and you don’t like being asked to do something then don’t apply for a job. But the way I look at it is if I show up every morning to get a biscuit you have a job but if I quit sales goes down people lose hours so thank God every day you have a job and be happy to do it.

I attempted to place an order this morning 11/29/2024 around 8am at the drive-thru. I told the lady that I had 3 orders, to put them in separate bag but ring it up all together. I placed the first order and attempted to tell her the next order when I heard her let out an exasperated sigh and she muttered something like, “Oh Lord”. I asked if there was a problem and she said she was not going to take my order and for me to have a good day. I was shocked! When I asked why she said she was not going to be talked to like that and repeated that she would not take my order. I said, “Oh, no! I want to speak to the manager.” She very rudely said, “I am the manager and I’m not taking your order. Have a good day.” I told her she didn’t know who she was messing with and that I would complain to the main company. I did put around to the window but no one would acknowledge my presence. I promise you I will NEVER USE A WENDYS AGAIN. The funny thing is that as I was telling my friends about this incident they said I wasn’t the first one to have a complaint about this store. Maybe, y’all can help me understand why this rudeness is tolerated by upper management.

My husband and I tried the new berry blast frosty, and it was amazing! I’ve never been a fan of Frosty’s in general, but this flavor is like frozen yogurt mixed with soft serve ice cream with a hint of some type of berry. I’m also loving the $5 biggie bags!!

Wish I could go less than a star, just watch this establishment turn away 8 trucks of linemen whom traveled from out of state to assist with our disaster relief. These men and women didn't even want to enter just sent one guy to order for everyone as there trucks dont fit through the drive through. Then for the lady at the register to say " I'm going to kill myself" loud enough for the whole building to hear, super professional. With as many people in our community displaced you would think the linemen, the people whom came to help our community, would be a priority.
