I never eat here but every once in a while because I do not eat fried chicken. I always get the grilled chicken combo. Everytime I go past 9pm even through they are open till 10pm they tell us the grill is off for the night do you not close at 10 that’s when the grill should be turned off! Tonight we went at 9:15pm I ordered a grilled chicken club with just cheese! And paid almost $8.00 for only a sandwich! We went through the drive thru and they were already cleaning up to get out of there. I got my sandwich and there was just a bottom bun a cold piece of grilled chicken and my cheese was stuck to the top of the carton. I didn’t even get a top bun! I did not have my phone to take pictures of it! My husband went inside and told them and they gave him another sandwich that was in edible. I took pictures of that one! The children who work there don’t want to work and heaven forbid they offer a refund! I will be calling their corporate office tomorrow morning!

Since when did they start letting food handlers wear LONG FAKE NAILS & NOT USE GLOVES when touching food. You are scooping out my fries with long fake nails and no gloves. So while your doing that the fries fall into and touch your ungloved hands. I literally bought my food and went and threw it straight in the trash, i will never go back there again. This is not the first time this issue has happened. I was hoping the first time was just an oopps situation. But nope the 2nd time its the SAME PROBLEM. Everyone in that place should be wearing gloves because everyone in there touches food. What a disappointment. Waste of my money as well. Because even if i would gave yokd them i want different fries it wouldnt have made any difference because all the fries that did not fit in my bag fell out over back into the fry tray thing after sliding down through her UNGLOVED HAND. So not only did you dirty my fries, but you dirtied all the other cooked fries and then also the tray you put all the fries in as well.

Consistently overcooked chicken supremes and they are half the size of other Bojangles. I swear they cut them up to get more servings out of a package.

Tried to just get a couple simple grilled chicken sandwiche combos. Asked for BLT up grade. Got a sandwich which was cold, and a piece of bacon. No lettuce or tomatoes. Workers gave us i believe bo rounds left from this morning. Disgusting. Never will be back !

This is a reply to the manager of this place: would you please ensure before the orders go out that everything ordered is in the bag for delivery? I was visiting Leland, placed an order but did not get everything ordered. Thank you for your response and consideration of this request.
