Service is super slow, worse than Sunday church service. Food is always messed up or not even available. How the store opens at 5 am and they had a line of cars waiting, for chicken, just to be told 10 minutes before 10 am they don't serve chicken til 10 am.
What do yall even serve then for 5 hours til then? Products are always out and not in stock. This is by far the WORST location I have ever been to.

If I could leave 0 stars I would… the absolute worst service. They don’t speak, make eye contact smile or anything. I work with people too and my company would never allow service like this! If I can give a smile even if it’s fake they can too! I went tonight smiled and said thank you have a good night and he just walked off to the group of coworkers and started laughing and talking not to mention unseasoned fries who the heck wants unseasoned fries!! Not me. They need to shut down fire the whole staff and start over! Staff doesn’t know how to act. I would be embarrassed to be the manager there.

Very unprofessional and slow. I waited an hour for a pickup order. Called after 30 minutes of waiting to confirm that they received my notification of arrival and a guy said "yea" so I asked if he needed my info to confirm and he hung up the phone.....I'm assuming this is the same kid that don't wear gloves while bagging food....it's very obvious that there needs to be some training on working in customer service at this location.....

Literally called up there to see if they were open since it was new years eve they said yes they close at 9pm it was 6:50 pm. We went through the drive thru ordered get to the window and they say they don't have any chicken. Seriously. Get real workers who know what they are doing and give a shit. I will go out of my way i go to KFC before I go back here. Have been here many times and keep going back never again.

Such a shame Bojangles is best known as the sauce police these days. I get it, you don't have to give handfuls of sauce with every order, but you should get 1 sauce with every order. Being bitched out for asking for sauce makes us avoid Bojangles, when it used to be a family favorite.

Identity Thieves! Drive through attendant did not return our cc. We noticed it 20 min later and called the store. They confirmed they had the card and we asked them to secure it in the office until we could pick it up. 10 min after that call, we received a bank notification that someone added our card to their Cash App!! Criminals

Worst Bojangles ever. The employees don’t want to work and just look at their phones. You’re obviously bothering them by ordering anything, and you can tell they were never taught anything growing up. The culture of laziness and attitude is all you’ll see here. Come to east Tennessee and you’ll see perfection in ALL of their Bojangles.

This is one of my favorite restaurants haven’t been in a while today. Decided to treat myself couldn’t believe the prices and if the food was good, I wouldn’t have cared the chicken. You could barely buy it. It was so hard the fries hard chicken didn’t have the regular season to it Three wings fries and a biscuit $12 really wasn’t pleased
