I normally order Steak combo with fries and be on point everytime. Yesterday going to church order to 2 Cajun filets, one with bo-rounds other with fries. One of the Chicken Biscuits was not completely cooked. Called several times but they want answer.

Ever since they change to having AI take orders, its been wrong every single time i have gone. Utilizing AI slop just to take an order and save on the bottom line, despicable. Ordered a sausage biscuit but your AI bot picks up as bacon. Embarrassing.

Normally we would never leave a bad review but today we bought a twelve piece meal no biscuits and literally nothing but legs and wings. It's bad enough when you order you are talking to an automated voice but then you get to the window and they just take your money and could care less what they serve you. It's just not the good service it should be.
