I can not give a positive review even after many years of mostly being pleased with the food. This past year the pizza gas been more & more over done & yesterday was too much. I called & complained to Cathy the owners daughter & sent her photos. She said to come in & she would refund me. i went in & she then said she would only refund half. Cathy's smug face was no way to treat a customer & then half the refund which was not what she said. I have averaged spending over $40 a month at nois for a number of years. That's over. So Cathys refusal to refund for burned pizza plus her ridiculous smuggy face has cost Noi's my roughly $500 a year. I'll spend my money where they appreciate long term customers

Insanely expensive!! The foods not that bad but a kids meal at 10 bucks and everything else averaging 20 per person, I mean come on now prices have gone up but this is astronomical.

Standard service. Italian sub didn't appear to have a different variety of meats, but it was fine. Was a good price!

I won't be coming back. I walked in with 4 hungry kids and was told the dining room was closed. When I gave a questioning look to the girl at the desk about the people sitting in the booth eating, she just told me the time they close the dining room and kept going while I carried all my hungry and now very disappointed kids out the door.Then I watched another customer walk in and order at the counter.If you didn't want to clean up after kids you could've just said so. I would've cleaned up after them and just kept the generous tip I was willing to leave for good service.
