Online order - didn’t get the order right. Ordered a foot long, they gave us a 6in. Went back in, super rude. Asked my teenager where the other half was. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Got home and realized they didn’t give us the chips either. How hard is it to read off a computer screen?!

Food was good but portions are very small on the sub...I was tasting more bread then anything. The portions were so skimp i could squeeze my sandwich and both breads would touch eachother without anything falling out the other side smh...have to do alittle better with that.

Today we ordered chicken subs, extra cheese(no cheese at all was on it)lettuce, pickles ,onion, bread toasted, and mayo. The bread was falling apart it was so wet, not even just soggy but wet. I called to tell thm about the cheese , I was asked if I wanted to come pick the cheese up.wow really, told her no I couldn't do tht, she Said next time i order to call and they will make sure they put the cheese on it. If thts how I order it they should make sure of that any way.

Very rude service from the young girl acting like she didn’t want to make my sandwich. The food didn’t look fresh either so for her to act like she been working hard or something bothers me if you not giving at least good customer service then don’t be afraid of customers like me who don’t appreciate bad attitude or a personalities like hers. I was the only customer they had and the energy I got from one girl was I don’t have time for this so mid way while making my sandwich I said stop I don’t want it because of the way your making it . I read energy well and she didn’t want to make my sandwich until I had a problem with her service by then it’s to late I don’t wanna eat here or support this establishment again . Once again the food didn’t look fresh at all look like yesterdays lettuce and other veggies ? and then with here unwelcoming attitude I decided to leave midway thru making order . They say this location is better than albemarle but i totally disagree with these two girls working in here. That’s just my experience yours maybe different.

Went yesterday. Had a online order. I had my receipt. Got to the restaurant to pickup. The ladies working didn't receive half my order. Basically accused me of lying even tho I had my order pulled up on my phone. Another lady came put made the rest of my food while the first lady called the store owner and was hateful essentially accusing me of trying to steal food. I haven't ordered here in about a year because they never answer the phone for call ins. The usual lady was hateful and now I can't order on the app because they were still hateful.
