I rarely take to the internet to write a review, but based off of my service at this fine establishment. Let me start by stating that the food was exquisite! Furthermore, the level of service we received from the hostess.. I believe her name was “Ava,” was astonishing! She was so helpful and accommodating to our needs, and so great with our special needs daughter! Our waitress was fantastic as well. Bravo Bill’s Pizza Pub! We will be returning! (Update to my review, I returned again.. and to clarify the hostess’s name was Aspen, and not Ava! Sorry for the confusion!)

Yesterday ( 8/18) I called to place pick up order, I asked for the large steak and cheese specialty pizza, the young lady on phone said they didn’t have that type of pizza, just the cheeseburger pizza, and Philly steak and cheese sub. I told her it was specialty pizza on the menu. She started to huff from frustration, so I told her i would take a meat lovers. Everything was delicious, but maybe waitress need review or reminder of what menu options are.
Been going to Bill's Pizza since I was a teenager, over 40 years, always great quality ingredients and many different choices and creations

I've always heard about the connection to another local pizza chain (which I love) so I wanted to check this place out. If you're wondering, it's close but not quite. The pepperoni is the same. The ham is not big shaved pieces, more like it's shaved and then chopped up. Too fine for my taste. The sauce is really good, maybe better. The crust is not as crispy. There is no salad bar here. The biggest complaint is the large pizza is smaller but the price is comparable. Not sure if I'll be back but it wasn't bad.
Food was exceptional. Service was great; waitress kept our drinks filled and checked on us perfectly. We will be back.

The pizza here is amazing! The service was less than stellar unfortunately. Granted, we were a large party of over 12 people, but we did make the reservation over a week in advance. The largest glaring issue was the fact that we did not get utensils until after the food had arrived. Drink refills had to be requested, but perhaps with it being a holiday (Memorial Day) they were short staffed. The service was by no means horrible and the staff was friendly. Again, the food was delicious especially the pizzas. We will definitely return, but just with a smaller group.
