Over the years the food and service here has gone down hill, and we had stopped going here then decided a while back to give it a try and someone came to take our order at the drive thru , as I was speaking they told me to hold on please and then they never returned. We left. Fast forward a month or so later and exact thing happened. I wish I was joking.

I went thru the drive thru and I was so disappointed in the food I got. The Bojangles in kernersville is wonderful. They should close this one at Oak Ridge....chicken is greasy ...cold and biscuits are gooey for not being baked long enough. This place needs a updo...until then I want be back. Chicken was cold and tough.

This bojangles consistently provides inadequate service and food. On several occasions, I’ve received the wrong items for my order or cold food. The issue tonight was extremely cold fries and less than half an order of them, shown in the picture. Avoid this bojangles if you can!

The WORST! They don't give you what you ask for they give you what they want you to have! Who wants stale chicken that's just been sitting. Sad part is they're the only chicken place in Oak Ridge. Have to go to Greensboro just to get fresh chicken.

They need to fire the whole morning shift. I just went there and ordered 3 cajun chicken fillets. Got to the window the lady says did u get a blueberry biscuit? I said no. She says did you get did you get a chicken biscuit with tomatoes? I said I got 3 chicken biscuits. She gave me what you thought was 2 chicken biscuits and some hash browns. I said I need another chicken biscuit. She ended up giving me 2 chicken biscuits and a ham biscuit🤦🏾♀️. Any other thing is they are slow. It doesn't make any sense

The staff that worked the Saturday, October 19 at noon, you should be ashamed of yourself. Especially the young girl working in the counter with glasses. Proceeded to get my order wrong twice, when she finally got it right Did not put my order in a bag there was a bunch of food. I asked for a bag and she gave me a bag that wouldn’t even carry one item so I had to put everything in my hands and walk out as the manager was watching as well.

Pretty reasonable as Bojangles go. Being this is the only one I've been to within the last year or so they may all be this way, but the supremes have gotten to where they are just either way overcooked with really hard thock breading, or, they're perfect.
Somehow, it always seems you get a mix where two or three are perfect and two or three are way overcooked and way over breaded every time you get a five piece.
Still, the service there is always fast and attentive and the employees do a good job with customer service.

I never do reviews but I had to on this cause this is literally the worst Bojangles location I’ve ever been too. I’ve tried several times to give them a chance but I am DISAPPOINTED LITERALLY EVERYTIME!

I went last night and got a 4 piece supreme box with mashed potatoes and an order of dirty rice.
The chicken tenders were AWFUL. Hard as a rock and tiny???? Not like normal ones that I get at EVERY OTHER LOCATION?? Might as well have gave me chicken nuggets. Mashed potatoes? AWFUL. Whoever made them needs to be fired, serving that mess to people. How do you even mess up mashed potatoes??
Dirty rice? Flavorless and there was no MEAT??? Like HUH???
I will NEVER be going back and I will definitely tell anyone I can to avoid that location and just drive the extra miles to the next closest one if they want edible food.
I wish I could give them 0 stars but next best is 1. Shut it down!
