They locked the doors to the building during lunch hours and had kids choosing who they wanted to let inside. Then I waited in the drive line for an hour because once you’re in the drive thru there’s no way out without driving over the curb. All I wanted was a sandwich with extra pickles and a large fry crispy with a large Arnnold Palmer but no. I still love Bojangles though just pissed

Get some recharge though. Positive energy goes a long way when it comes to fast food, the energy at this location was some of the best energy I see from a fast food crew working together in a fast-paced environment. Everything was great except for the fries, the fries were really not the best but I've had worse and these weren't bad enough to say they stood out, they just weren't on par with the rest of the meal

This place needs new management or a refresher of its procedures. We've been going to this Bojangles as long as it's been open. They are ALWAYS out of something, the order is never right, etc. The last time I went, they were out of bone-in chicken at 6 p.m. We went tonight, and the team member at the window barely spoke to us; they were out of several sides. Not even sure why we continue to give this location a try. It's apparent from the reviews that they know there are problems, but haven't done anything to fix them.

I should have read the reviews first. Biscuit was hard. Chicken was overcooked and hard to chew. Worst of all, I ordered dirty rice and what I received is not the dirty rice you expect. It was extremely soggy/watery and no sausage bits at all. I poured most of the water off and the rice had no flavor.

Tea at this joint is disrespectful to the legend that is Bojangles. I don't think there is one employee that can count without using there wittle fingers. Whomever is cooking this chicken likes it ready to be pitched in a MLB game. You could pave roads with those bricks. Your order is as right as rain is dry. On a good note tonight I did get good biscuits and the talent was kind. That's rare at this location. Sorry Bojangles but I've gotta let you go.

People that work there are more concerned with their work schedule than giving correct totals. Your total is $8.45 sir, hands the teller $10.45. Teller gives back $1.61 back. Wait, I should get $2.00, no your total was $8.84, then she looked at me like I’m stupid.

The location is always friendly and clean , however the past couple times I have had to wait either on biscuits at 640am how do do you run out that fast then I get them had get to work and they are hard as a rock , I know it's no big deal to yall for customers to pay for something and not get what they pay or the product just suck , but yall got to do better , this is why I make my own breakfast, but I was running behind so I have chose to run by Bojangles but I am quickly loosing interest in ever doing it again.

Bojangles is just fine. If you want a quick hot meal, this is the place for it. Staff were very friendly and efficient at taking orders, and we got our food very soon after ordering. There’s a good amount of variety on the menu, which is nice. The prices are reflective of the food, nothing crazy but still a decent meal.
