Chocolate cream filled eclairs did not have cream in them. Major let down. Asked for a caramel macchiato as posted on the coffee menu and was rudely told that they (the store) doesn’t do all that… okay… so don’t advertise it then and there’s no need to be rude to paying customers. Don’t try to tell me they were “out” because if you can make a caramel latte you can make a caramel macchiato. Stop advertising things you don’t sell and lying to and gaslighting customers by saying you were “out” that day.
I found the behavior of the person working to be comical considering Christian worship music was playing and the worker was covered in crosses. Maybe they were just having a day. Saying have a blessed day in that tone defeats the purpose of saying it.

I went for Banana nut muffins. Because They were listed in the Menu. But was told they have them sometimes. Shop would flourish, if they would just Serve what they advertise. I'll go back But only when they make a batch of Banana Nut Muffins , that will make me smile 😁

Donuts were not fresh. Staff member was using same throw away glove and just taking it off and on. Selection was poor at best. Behind the counter was a cluttered mess.

Called to see if they had some Bavarian cream donuts was told that they did. when I show up I ask a girl for some she sold me some white cream filled donuts which I know for a fact is not Bavarian. I don’t know if she just bad at her job and doesn’t know what’s what. Awful experience first and last time.

Doughnut and Fritter quality is great, when they have what you want, but unfortunately they are often out of things when you go. 3 different times we have noticed they over charged us (despite them verbally telling us a different amount). The first time we let it go, the 2nd time we went back to have them fix it and even though they claimed they did, it still hasn’t been fixed. This last time we can’t get anyone to answer the phone, which is also a common trend. Over the last few months this place seems to be going downhill, which is really a shame as it has historically been a great spot.

Terrible looking donuts. Small, dense, and stale tasting. I actually suspect they're wrapping the leftovers from the day before and reselling them. Very dry, no way these are fresh from today. NOTHING like the Granny's we had in Kernersville. I will never stop here again.
At 12.30 pm I purchased donuts today, very stale, this never happened to me before, very disappointed.

This used to be one of the best bakeries with amazing crullers. Went there recently, the selection was poor and the quality was like grocery donuts. Donuts were stale and former recipes must have been abandoned. I will never go back to what used to be a shop I looked forward to enjoying when in Oak Ridge. The new owners apparently are not bakers!

Went around 1 pm on a Saturday, they had basically NOTHING left literally. What was left looked hard and old. Got some donut holes so the trip wasn’t wasted, actually spat it out after putting it my mouth is was so bad. Luckily, we only spent 4 bucks. Were were so excited to find a granny’s in oak ridge since Kernersville isn’t there anymore because granny’s has always been our favorite. The lack of options and lack of fresh donuts/fritters was sad to see.
