waited 45 min for a sandwich this week. manager was extremely rude. got home and the sandwich wasn't even correct. sent company an email and never heard back. somehow this went from a 5 star company to a 1 star company overnight.

Staff needs to be trained to let customers know that chips are included in the meal because customers don’t always know the Jersey Mike way and staff needs to help the the customer that was there first. Customers were leaving!

Came in with my family on 5/22/2024 at 8:43pm. Proceeded to place our order and we were told the grill was closed. THE STORE CLOSES AT 9PM. Employees were cleaning up and did not have any toppings for the subs available. When I called to speak to a manager and get the store number at 8:52pm when I got home, no one would answer the phone.

It's pretty bad when you spend $20 for a giant 13 and the meat don't even go across the bread meat cut so thin you can see through it ain't even 10 slices of meat on the whole sandwich this place is ripping people off

My orders here have been incorrect twice. I contacted the store yesterday and never heard back. I don't want a damn thing - no coupons, no free food. Nothing. I want the order to be RIGHT. I would have appreciated management responding to my justifiable complaint. Doubt you'll see me again.
