Always good food!

Worst experience I have ever had with a Jersey mikes. Ordered online. When I arrived the store was very busy and we had to wait 30 mins for the food. Then they got the order wrong. No mayo no pickle. I ordered through the app can your employees not read. I drove 35 mins to get here because it is the closest to my house. I will never return. Please avoid this jersey mikes at all cost. Spent 18$ on a sandwich I didn’t want. If I wanted to come home and make my own sandwich I would have and been a lot cheaper than 18$.

I had a terrible experience at Jersey Mike's today, September 21st, 2025, at 2:43 PM. The young woman with red hair working the counter had an awful attitude. She never even asked after my first sandwich if I needed another one then when I asked for two more to be made she then practically threw my sandwiches onto the counter. Maybe you shouldn’t be more worried about the two guys talking in back and worry about your paying customers.' This kind of service is unacceptable and really reflects poorly on the store. DO BETTER!!!

Went last night to eat and wow I felt like I was back in elementary dealing with a bunch of kids. The staff wasn't friendly, but very eager to fix their food and clean up to close up shop. I've worked fast food, jersey mike in particular so I know what comes with the job but I have never had this kind of experience at ANY other jersey mikes I've had the pleasure to eat at. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ALL THE MONEY ON GODS GREEN EARTH.

So GROSS! Food all over the floor and counters. Teenagers coming in thru the back door who do not even work there. No toilet paper in the bathroom and when I told a young girl worker she replied “I don’t even know where the toilet paper is”. Do not support this business.

Sorriest Jersey Mike's I've ever been. Run by a bunch of teenagers who could care less about the customers. I'll NEVER go back to that location!

There was a to go order on the pick up shelf and the cup fell out of the bag. The cup fell on the floor by the drink machines. An employee put it right back in the bag for pick up. I think they actually put it inside the other cup in the bag. Happened on 2/9/25 after 1:10 but before 1:35 if yall want to look on camera. That is disgusting.

I’ve ordered from this location with DoorDash multiple times and every time I call to specify a request that I’m unable to notate on the app, the staff is SO friendly and accommodating! I’m shocked every time bc it seems to be so rare these days but am super appreciative of the consistency in the food and service from you guys!

We’ve ordered online several times and they never disappoint. However, we split the giant #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and it was beyond delicious! It was loaded with meat, cheese and veggies. The regular is 7” and the giant is 15” so you really get your money’s worth.
