My orders here have been incorrect twice. I contacted the store yesterday and never heard back. I don't want a damn thing - no coupons, no free food. Nothing. I want the order to be RIGHT. I would have appreciated management responding to my justifiable complaint. Doubt you'll see me again.
I enjoyed my food at this sub sandwich shop. It was a great experience, due to: different size subs available; great customer service; clean floors/walls; and use of app ordering available.
Fabulous behind the counter lunchtime staff. Terrific and friendly service. Best tuna and mushroom melts around. Presentable and clean dining area. The general manager and the ownership run this establishment well!
