This McDonald's is has notorious for getting orders wrong in my experience. The attention to detail is simply not there. Quantity over Quality is the theme at this location as it is seemingly at every McDonald's franchise. On two separate occasions I have ordered the Quarter Pounder sandwich with the knowledge that this is one of the only sandwiches that is cooked fresh upon ordered. In back to back orders, they were precooked and not hot and fresh as advertised. This place for being in a nice town like Oak Ridge is a big disappointment.

How are you constantly out of so much stuff? One night it was cups. One night it was apple pies. Tonight is was sweet and sour AND barbecue sauce. When you order online, it’s almost always wrong! The management there must be horrific as the issues with this McDonald’s don’t exist at the others in the area! NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED!

I asked for sugar free vanilla iced coffee with 3 pumps of vanilla, 6 pumps is far too sweet in flavor. They hand me the coffee and it is white. I ask if it has 3 pumps, as “special request” was specified on the screen, and the employee replies, “it’s sugar free.” Yes, I am aware of that, thanks. Doesn’t mean I want all 6 pumps of vanilla. I ask again if there was 3 pumps and the employee replies, unconvincingly, yes. It definitely had 6. Didn’t taste like coffee at all. Only vanilla. She straight lied.

My wife and I a 76 year old Viet Nam veteran went to your restaurant to receive the free small combo offered by McDonald’s. Well I was told that there wasn’t any promotion for Veterans on Veteran's day. So we left.
I will not be returning, my money can be spent elsewhere

I've been a regular customer here for six years, but I'll never return. They ignore inside customers, their prices are higher than other locations, and their rudeness is off the charts. I ordered a coffee this morning, and the woman taking my order said, "I know what you need--just pay for it." All of the regular customers I used to see in here are long gone.

I go to order an iced coffee and the woman at the second window who takes orders and is always rude over the intercoms and at the window bc she don’t wanna be bothered but is at her JOB. She has dreads so maybe yall know who I’m talking about if you have had to deal with this nasty attitude of hers. She hands it to me with it dripping all over the place the ICED coffee has barely any ice and is nasty as heck to where I can’t drink it, coffee taste as old as her attitude but I ask for a napkin to wipe it off so my car don’t end up sticky and I say can you Throw these away for me and she slams the window in my face and is talking her smack about me to the other big girl standing behind her laughing being disrespectful. Don’t work with the public or hire people who can’t if you’re gonna be this nasty. Nobody wonts there day started off like this.

This McDonald’s has fallen off a cliff in the last few months - so much staff turnover. Long wait times and poor communication during weekday hours. I’m confident they’ll get it back together but it needs to be communicated when it’s taking 20 minutes to receive a combo with no modifications when the line is dead and there are only a couple heads inside.

It was very bad. First off I placed my order for a breakfast meal and another sandwich. Went to the pick up window and my order was wrong. Then when I asked where my sandwich was she said he never put it in. Then I paid for the other sandwich. I asked for my receipt and she said I thought I gave it to you. I replied no. Then she only gave me my last receipt and not the first. I again asked. Then I got down the road and realized I never got my drink. I got back there and went inside. I informed them I never received my orange juice. She said the machine was not working. I asked how come they never told me but charged me. She asked if I want a frappe. I said yes. She then said oh our frappe machine needs to be cleaned. So I asked for my refund. I asked why didn’t you know the machine was down because I saw her by the machine from the drive through. I was on my way to the ICU where my wife was waiting for me. Her mother is in there dying and I don’t need the additional stress. It’s north e first time this kind of thing has happened her. And it’s been a while since I’ve been to this store and will probably be my last. There seems to be no guidance there. Especially when the guy taking orders has a girl leaned on Him with her phone in her hand at the drive thru. Someone needs to revamp this store so these things don’t happen. Sincerely, Bruno

I've been a big fan for a while, but over the past month they have consistently messed up my order and taken too long (20 minutes for a medium fry and a sweet tea, and they still made me make my own tea)
