Ordered at 6:18 and still waiting on my food at 7:45 was told 40 min wait… this isn’t the first time this has happened, 10 of us waiting out front to get our food!!! Will not happen again

The lady Sophia on sat. 6/1/24 was extremely rude!! I ordered and paid for a 4oz. white sauce and was not given the correct one I paid for so I asked to either have the correct one or the money. She was very rude, had an attitude and gave me money for the size I had not the one I paid for. I asked for the money back on the food bc I knew it wouldn't be ate without the sauce as well. And she told me no... she would not give me any money back or the correct amount of sauce I had originally paid for. based on customer service I WOULD NOT EAT HERE AGAIN...

Very Good Food. There is currently no dine in option. However they are very nice and again the service is good. My recommendation is to call your order in and pick up.
They need to work out the timing of their orders. I was given a time to pick up my order of 7:03. Didn’t receive me food until just after 7:30. They still have the door up like the pandemic is still going on. So you have to wait outside in the cold for your order. The food was good except the wontons are too salty.
Just moved here from NY and tried many Chinese restaurants in the area. This is by far the best and closest to “NY Chinese food”. I never wait here. Today (Friday) during prime time I waited which is understandable. I always order in advance so that I do not have wait. Always had a pleasant experience. Food is always great and exactly how I ordered. For people complaining about the door.. maybe talk to them first before assuming it’s because of “covid” because it has nothing to do with to.
