I had ordered a special family box deal for delivery and it didn't take to long. But my issues are we didn't get our ranch we asked for nor our marinara sauce and the bread was gross as if they had reheated it and the pizza tasted sour and they are so stingy on giving boneless wings!! And we didn't get a receipt for our order. Will NOT eat here again!! 40 bucks for nothing!! Do better Pizza Hut in stokedale!
I JUST ATTEMPTED TO PLACE A PIZZA HUT ORDER ON LINE, THE WEB SITE WASN'T WORKING SO I HAD TO CALL PIZZA HUT OF OAK RIDGE, WOW BIG MISTAKE, TOLD WOMAN ON PHONE I WANTED TO PLACE A LARGE CREATE YOUR OWN PIZZA FOR CARRY OUT $12.99 WITH 5 TOPPINGS. FROM THE START WOMAN ON PHONE DIDN'T LISTENTO MY ORDER AND ASKED IF I WANTED A SUPREME PIZZA TOLD HER NO AND REPEATED WHAT I WANTED, THAT ITS THE ONLINE PRICE. AFTER SHE RANG IT UP I WAS TOLD $24 INSTEAD OF THE $13.87 ON LINE. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT I HAVE TO ORDER IT ON LINE TO GET THAT PRICE, WELL I'D ALREADY TOLD HER THE WEB SITE IS DOWN, OR JUST WOULDN'T LET ME PAY. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER AND HE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME , HE TALKED THROUGH HER. APPARENTLY PIZZA HUT IS NOT HURTING FOR BUSINESS LIKE SOME OTHER COMPANIES. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT INTO PIZZA HUT OF OAK RIDGE, NORTH CAROLINA AGAIN.

They charged me for two medium pizzas then tried to recharge me again. Even after a tip. All because I wanted some pepperoni on my pizza. Be easy with the manager, his ego is clearly bigger than his mmmhmm...food was great btw!
Oak Ridge/ Stokesdale Pizza Hut is great. Todd took my phone order. He knew about the specials and was friendly and helpful. My pizzas were done just the way I wanted.
