This store chooses not to participate with Subway Coupons
Best subway around. The owners a great guy highly recommend this subway
Very disappointed with this restaurant. My daughter placed an order online and when she went to pick it up at 8:30pm, the store was closed. The sign said they were supposed to be open until 9:00pm. I tried contacting Subway in regards to a refund. They just forward me to the owner, Raj Sinha, who replied that he'll share my feedback with his team.
Stale bread
Went into order thinking it would be quick. I wasn't welcomed in.The customer before me took 10-15 mins. When it was my turn the worker didn't seem to know what went on their own sandwiches. I had to repeat all of the condiments and toppings to her. The entire process took over 10 mins just like the person before me. I ordered 6 cookies, she gave me a broken cookie and said that's an indication of freshness. Didn't offer a non broken cookie. The drink machine didn't seem to be operating correctly as it would not stop streaming soda after I had let go of the button for almost a minute. This was such a disappointing visit.
Worst subway I've ever been in. Had to wait 15 mins for 2 six subs. Asked for olives and pickles and got 4 olives and 2 pickles. Ordered a pretzel which was old and stale. But the worst part was the worker said they can't do coupons because it's a low profit store. I'm surprised this place as over 3 stars. Avoid if possible
I tried to use my coupon that I received in the mail and they wouldn't take it. The manager said the owner won't take them because it's a low profit store and they have the option not to take them. This appeared to be evident from the one person working there every time that I visit the establishment. I also ordered the footlong pretzel that was completely tasteless. I will travel a little farther for a better Subway.
Food was fine but whoever was running the restaurant today was completely rude. The whole point of Subway is getting a sandwich made the way you want it. The older man working complained the entire time and when I said I was sorry for troubling him he said “you should be.” Jeez lol
The sweet black haired girl with bangs was doing her absolute best but management seems to completely abandon new hires. The time before I visited there was a manager barely teaching a new hire and just letting her panic and make the sandwiches wrong. He didn't check over her nor did he have a good attitude to us or her. This subway has pretty poor management it seems.

Had a difficult order for twenty-five sandwiches. Ready almost on time with lots of condiments. Great treat for our group.

Ordered the new dippers but could not get the dips due to not having a cup to put it in.. the wraps said foot long but were 6 inches and over microwaved as they were not eatable due to being to hard and frankly a mess to look at they were just throw in a big bag no wrap napkin or anything the pretzel was again hard as a rock. Threw it all in the trash. Waste of my hard earned money.

No tea at lunch that’s a little to slack get it together!!!!
I paid extra for double protein and extra cheese on the sub I ordered and did not get it. I asked and they said I couldn’t apply it to the sub I wanted to order today. They say that I would have to talk to the owner of the store. When I asked when the owner would be in, they said they didn’t really know. The owner appears to be an absent owner. Who drops in briefly, once in a while. They just stole money from me and apparently there isn’t anything that can be done about it.they are crooks. They just lost a customer. Which I’m sure they don’t care, but they always look like a ghost town when I come in. I’m surprised they are still open with their business ethics and morals. Please don’t waste your time and money.
