Do not have senior drinks anymore and the boo book coupons plainly states on it NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to get a junior frosty! I was told today I had to order something to use my coupon!! This senior grandma will go to another Wendy’s!!

Stopped by around 10:30 for a Dave’s double combo & some nuggets. I waited in line almost 15 minutes when I was the only car in the drive through…I was super nice & patient but this is NASTY. When I got home & started eating my burger it was raw !! I live 20 minutes away…super disgusted & disappointing

We literally waited n line for 20 mins for a kids meal and chicken combo. Got home….. the chicken sandwich is hard as a rock!!!!! Fries r cold and undercooked!!!!! We live 10 mins at most from this location…. Extremely disappointed!!!!

Sign was on the door that said the lobby is closed due to staffing issues. Proceeded to the drive thru line where I sat for 15 minutes only to make it to the speaker to be told they do not have any baked potatoes and only two chilis when I needed four. Had to drive 7 miles to another Wendy’s to get my food. I like in oak ridge and this business is a bad representation of our community

I’m a breakfast person and love a good biscuit in the morning everyone I thought in the world knew breakfast usually stops at 11 or 10:30 after rushing to pack my babies in the car get there at 9:45 only for her to tell me breakfast stopped at 9. WHAT! Never coming here again just a pretty building with no real customer service.

Drive thru speakers were clear. There was a line at the time we went...about 7pm. Everything seemed a little slow. The single with cheese was good. Always enjoyed eating this sandwich at Wendy's. Everything was fresh and had great flavor.

We got 2 Dave's singles, not a lot of flavors. I couldn't put my finger on what the problem was, maybe not using fresh ingredients. Almost $15 for just the 2 burgers. I could have gotten a very good quality burger in numerous restaurants. No more visits to Wendy's.

Wendy’s is more expensive than Chic Fil A, and the service is half as good (at best). I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and the total was $11.30 (not even large sized). I asked for a sweet and sour packet at the drive thru and they told me next time to tell them while I’m ordering because they charge extra. Chic fil a doesn’t charge for a sauce packet. For $11.30, I should be able to get a sauce. They nickel and dime you to death.
