This place doesn’t even deserve one star! If you’re out of something, tell the person ordering. Don’t IMPROVISE and then lay the phone down and off the hook when they call back to complain about your disaster of an order you threw together. Photo shows what they sold me as a spicy chicken sandwich. Do better. And for the love of all that’s holy, fire that nighttime manager. He scurried away when I came back through the drive through demanding a refund.

Absolute worst Wendys ever! Nothing but children for staff. Dancing in the drive thru is more important that preparing orders. After a 2 hour wait for a very simple order I ended up canceling the order because it was still not prepared. It’s not like this is fine dining! My suggestion is to shut the place down!

there has never been a time in the last year that I have been to Wendy’s that anybody in their building is nice. Has any sort of customer service experience or cares about their job? It’s always a long wait when I go to get my food and when I get my food, it’s 90% of the time wrong missing something or cold and God forbid you go on a Saturday when some little teenage girl has to get up and go to work early because God she will give you the worst attitude roll her eyes act like you’re an inconvenience to her and make your food wrong

I went in to place my order and stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When someone finally came to take my order they didn't greet me or apologize for the wait. Then the nuggets were overcooked and old. The fries were stale.
