I love Hardee’s chicken tenders and I live very close to this location so I visit them often. But I hate it when I order a 3 or 5 piece tender and they give me the smallest tenders, the size of a thumb. It’s frustrating to pay that much money for the server to not even be mindful enough to know a tender is too small and to kindly put an extra tender in to make up for it OR just make a new batch. The tenders I usually get are twice the size of the ones in the photo.

I come to this location every other night and Madison and Jamie kill it!! They are completely understaffed at night, and with only two people working they still remain friendly and have amazing attitudes. Even when they have a line around the building with no help, they are always are kind. Madison is a very sweet girl and a hard worker, she always makes my night!!

Very disgusted with this place. Your young cook in the kitchen has a very bad attitude, can't handle his job and is obviously beyond lazy! He made my hotdogs two times and both were wrong. The nice lady behind the counter finally made them for me. When I came back the 1st time, he began cussing about me and insulting me and he knew I could hear him. Get some real help for the girls up front. This manager cant possibly care about them, the customers or the restuarant. Or about making money since you waste it on lazy, disrespectful employees. To the dude in the kitchen, go home. No one deserves to be treated like that. Who do you think pays your salary? You are a sorry excuse for an employee and I'm sure you have and will cost this location to fail miserably. So pat yourself on the back! Job well done!

I have been eating at this establishment for years. Only complaint I’ve ever had was once or twice the fries weren’t hot enough. They were immediately replaced with fresh hot fries. Otherwise the food has always been delicious. I am somewhat hearing impaired. The staff is always so patient with me especially Ms Annie Harper at the drive thru. God bless you Ms Annie! Thanks to all the staff for doing such a great job!

I didn't get what I ordered. And it took so long to get what they handed me that I couldn't take the chance of trying to get it corrected, it would have taken my whole lunch, and then I would have been worried that my food would be sabotaged. Next time some other non-chain local business will get a chance.

The woman taking orders at the drive -thru is very rude. Yelled at me twice within the 30 seconds it took me to order. I just canceled my order because as rude as she was I did not feel comfortable eating food from here. If she hates her job so much she should find a new one…. Life is too short to be miserable.
