Jinks Creek Waterfront Grille

No fresh fish! You’re by the ocean, you’re upscale, you gotta be able to serve some fresh fish. Everything in the menu is out of the freezer. Food was otherwise OK or as expected.

We had the WORST service I have ever had at a restaurant ! And we frequent restaurants frequently. We are in family vacation and there are 11 of us. We should have had a dedicated server just for us and maybe another table. After drinks it took our server almost 30 min to come take food order. She NEVER came and asked the whole table if they wanted more drinks, didn’t clear the dirty plates before main came and never asked us how things were or if we needed anything. Completely inattentive and she didn’t care because she got 20% regardless! We couldn’t even show our displeasure with lower service tip. Food was good and atmosphere ok- looks like a higher end restaurant , but we were literally sitting on plastic chairs…
View was beautiful but that is the only redeeming quality.

Extremely slow service, it took over 30 minutes just to get a soda and over 2 hours to get our food. I realize kitchens get backed up and this is on season at the beach but the wait was not worth it. The food was not at all as described in the menu, not sure what was on the salmon but it WAS NOT a beurre blanc, overpriced and mid quality at best. Every other table around us got bread, we did not. The waitress was nice enough but looked extremely stressed and over worked.

Beach vacation NC. We made reservations. Parking at this location parking is VERY limited. Cocktail list small. Jinks juice was good. Didn't have appetizers. Order pork chop chicken sandwich pasta steak salads. All were very good. Staff was efficient and friendly. Place not too big. Very noisy when full. Definitely a place to go though.

We brought our family to dinner last night, we were a party of 8. We took a look around, it looked like a kitchen, very few filled tables- never a good sign. Our service was poor and it took forever to bring drinks as they came out two at a time. Overall the food was fair, would not recommend the tuna, tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a bit and not off the grill. For what we spent, it was a disappointment.

This was our first time at Jink's and we were delighted by the kind server(Lauren), quick service, and delicious food. Highly recommend for a date night. P.S. get the peanut butter pie
