Fries burnt, chicken cold, and I don’t even think this biscuit is real. The people they have running around in there are really something special. Somebody needs to pull the managers aside and have an inspirational conversation about taking pride in your job or getting fired lol. This biscuit more pale than an albino that ain seen the sun in decades.

i ordered mac n cheese and as soon as i opened it this is what i see… idk what the green dots are, but there were beans all in it and i also found a few pieces of dirty rice. not to mention it was thrown sideways in a bag and not shut all the way. i also had a biscuit and a chicken filet biscuit, both were gross. my plain biscuit was literally flat and like a scone, and the chicken filet was just very unappetizing and hard to eat.

On Sunday, November 16, 2025, I visited Bojangles Restaurant Store #000959 at 1:32:04 PM, check #254132. The cashier demonstrated exceptional professionalism and greeted me warmly. I placed my order, and she promptly requested a manager to apply a discount. (It is worth noting that this action was not my request; the cashier initiated it independently.) While I do not believe it is ethically appropriate for me to perform such a task in my profession, I appreciate the cashier’s kind gesture.
Upon the manager’s arrival, she inquired if I was a military personnel. I responded that I was not. She then proceeded to inform the cashier that “we usually do not do this because he is not real cop.” This comment deeply offended me and made me feel disrespected. If she had to make such a remark, she should have done so in a professional manner, ensuring that it was only uttered once I was out of her presence.
It is important to emphasize that I take my profession very seriously. I have sworn an oath to serve and protect the general public and the citizens of North Carolina. I put my life in danger every day to fulfill my duties to the state I love.
For that manager to tell her subordinate that the person in front of her was not a real cop; someone who was wearing his badge, duty weapon, and jacket with the agency logo. Therefore, I am highly dissatisfied with the manager’s moral character and the words she uttered in my presence.

First of all they have a robot taking orders for things they do not have set in line for 15 minutes only to get to the window for them to tell me they were out of what I ordered then asked do I want to replace it no ma’am I do not I want the time I set here that I wasted back this is the SECOND time this has happen !!!!

This store is a hit and miss depending on the employees working. Some are rude and act like they hate their jobs, others are eager to help. Some days I get my food quickly, on other occasions it has taken as long as 20 min and I have driven off a couple times because it was just too long of a wait. They are out of honey mustard a lot which will also cause me to drive off since that's my sauce of choice. This location never has the homemade ranch they claim to make. The fries are always cold and hardly have any seasoning. Biscuits are to done for me. They need to bring back the roasted chicken bites, please! It's very quite inside because people mostly get their food to go.
