Just finished the drive thru at this chain and the service at the second window was terrible! Usually don’t give bad reviews, but this got under my skin. Young lady gave the bag to hubby without greeting and closed the window without giving a proper farewell. Are we to just except that type of service or what? I checked my bag and order wasn’t finished. I watched her go back to the fries and a young man was fixing another bag. Both of them rested on their elbows like they were determined to ignore my horn toot. So we waited for someone to come to the window. Same guy comes to the window and I told him they forgot an item and I asked for ketchup. He reaches for item and passes it out. We said thank you and he responds “uhuh”. That was the icing on the cake. I’m reviewing on google due to no receipt! Another mishap. 9 PM. I get you’re ready to clock out, but since you chose that shift to work, be pros until you clock out. Unacceptable!

Food was good but if you buy 2 meals for 20 bucks why is the small sauces an upcharge at this location. I asked for 2 sauces not anything crazy this is the only burger king that does these shenanigans.

drive through larry was rude and would not speak up. was rude when asked to read order back came to window and she reused to read prefer back manager came to window and asked us to pull forward because we were on her clock. nobody is behind us in line. manger was rude when i asked why order could not be read back. very poor service and disrespectful employees

First things first, the food isn't too bad. It's hot most of the time aside from the fries. The manager has an attitude and will make you want to curse her out. They also act like the money for the sauce comes out their own pockets. The manager made a point to stare me down to see how many sauces I got. Then I went and traded one bc they gave me the wrong one and she didn't see me trade only saw them give me a sauce and literally called me out saying I needed to pay for the sauce. I had to explain to her that I traded. I hate having to go there bc of the attitudes, but my son loves it and the app has great deals. Plus I get 25% off everyday bc I pay for Walmart +. You can also combine points and offers.
My only complaint is if you don’t have a menu item take it off the menu. I had to get a refund after I place my order due to items no longer being on the menu.
Do not recommend, now please note people service is not the issue. People are great and just not all franchise owners make sure they're all good

The food was perfect and delicious. We normally get it to go but decided to sit down and eat together today. The atmosphere was stale and the tables were dirty. The staff was not overly friendly just basically there to work. They did tell me my total, bit that was about it. Idk if I will be back here, the food is good but the environment and cleanliness is definitely lacking.
