Food and attitude is absolutely disgusting, food is beyond trash. Got a double burger and they put 2 small meets I ate bread only. Gave me a regular ice cream twice when I asked for a different one, they gave me 2 cups for one of the ice cream because one of the cups had a whole in it and it was leaking. Me and my family are a long time customer with cool out but this is not it. This place needs to shut down, they hide their city cleaning inspection rate. BUYER BE AWARE

Love cookout! Especially their wide variety of milkshake flavors!
Food is always cold and overcooked. I bought a double cheeseburger, and these sneaky sucker's must've been running out of meat because they cut a hamburger patty in half and stacked both sides on top of each other. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt 3 different times and they got it wrong every time. I wouldn't waste my time or money coming here again.

Ordered the chicken sandwich plate with hush puppies and onion rings. As u can see I received 4 small onion rings lol. Whelp I guess that was a order. I also ordered coleslaw which I never received.

Went through the drive thru, ordered food, got to window and paid for ffood.An employee had a gun in the parking lot and started shooting. Not one employee called the police. We were told to go park which went right by the gunfire. By the time we got the food it was cold and thrown in the trash.

Had my last less satisfying experience today ! I order a bbq plate extra fries . That was not even enough food for a child to eat ! Ordered strawberry milkshake ..got home and it was Chocolate . They just sold their last plate to me !!
