I asked for delivery and I've gotten pizza through them for over 30yrs but the manager stated that they changed the mileage on delivery said couldn't deliver over 13 miles and I used Google maps it says it's just 11 miles from Pembroke store to my house, the manager lied and was dis honest I think he should be fired and I can show it publicly that he lied !! 4real for 4 real he doesn't deserve his position anyone that would lie to a loyal customer should be fired and not have a job either God hates liars

Only received half of my order. Called and told me they had a busy day and if I wanted the rest of my order I had to come in the atore and pick it up even though I paid a delivery fee. Wont refund my money and they just want to leave it as credit. Is messed up. Corporate needs to address this issue because is not the first time this has happened.

The AI that took my food would not listen to me and kept adding random stuff. I did not appreciate it. I will not go back there again. It is the worst service I've ever had. I don't recommend this to my worst enemy either.

Ordered delivery after an hour I called and they blamed the driver when actually they had just put it in the oven. Somehow my order got misplaced or something when I called they put it in. They comped us a free 2lt it was supposed to be Pepsi they sent sprite, However when I finally got my pizza it was good.
order the pizza 4:42 p.m. and the pizza arrived at my house at 7:20 I called to tell them that the pizza had already taken more than 2 hours and they made the excuse that they didn't have many delivery people but I don't know why if they don't have many delivery people they just don't call and tell you the pizza It's going to take 3 hours to arrive. Do you want to wait? Oh, cancel. When I called they told me that if the pizza was cold I would call back and it didn't help ?♀️ Dominos when it's going to take so long call and ask if it's okay don't give up on one I know it's not a fast food place but it's not a fast food place either so that it takes 3 hours. recommended 0.00% Dominos in pembroke ?????

i giving a one star today cause i just order two pizza until later they cancel my order. Why did you guys go on ahead cancel the order when it is already pay for. Sure im fine with getting my refund for few business day but at least give us a call. i called your guys store and no answer plus it is 8:55

If they don’t take 100 bills they should put that on the website. Had to go to the store across the street because the women looked at my bf and said we don’t take these like his money wasn’t good. That’s ok papa John’s can start getting our money. There is always a problem when we order from this store either they don’t have delivery drivers or they don’t take money they are a poor excuse for a business.

Order stayed on Prep for an hour on Tracker, order was supposed to be here in 43mins & we're only a block away, no communication.. I called to cancel, he didnt care LoL.. So sad..
