i recently quit, solely because of the toxic environment that tara (the manager) created. she yelled at me multiple times, in front of customers too. she told me to “get over” my panic attack that she caused. she then tried to play victim after yelling for me to walk out and leave because i said i was going to the bathroom. i was degraded and put down daily at this place and i wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

We had a mobile order we had to pull up to wait and they gave us all 3 ice coffee's drinks with no straws and then we notice all 3 drinks had no labels. When we told the young lady she just smirked and said she was sorry. I get this drink often and if definitely didn't taste the same. One of the drinks were filled to the brim with ice I couldn't even stir it with my straw.

When I first heard that our town was getting a DD I was thrilled. Another breakfast option, great. I really enjoy the options for different types of bread for my breakfast sandwich. I love the bagels and English muffins. But no matter how delicious their breakfast sandwiches are one employee can ruin the whole experience. It’s not up to me to make decisions for any business regarding who they employ but this one was a bad choice by whoever hired her. Someone needs to address this soon or this will become a cancer and the business will suffer. I’m really sorry to share such a negative outlook but for DD’s sake this issue needs to be resolved soon.

BUT the one time I really needed coffee and Starbucks wasn’t conveniently drive thru in Pembroke, I cheated on them and went to Dunkin’. *gasp* ?
Ugh! Yall! It’s like Krispy Crème and Starbucks had a baby and they named it Dunkin’! ?

I would literally give this second rate non customer service having uneducated rude girls, yes girls a freaking half of a half star. They literally took our order, we pull up, and the attitude having store clerk LITERALLY LEAVES OUT AND WALKS TO FREAKING SLIM CHICKEN WITHOUTAKING OUR ORDER, MIND U, STAYS 5 MINUTES, WALKS BACK AND THEN TELLS US TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR OUR ORDER! the brown haired bigger lady just ignores people when they walk in & i purchased a coffee from here once and vomited
This is a all together new store, very nice atmosphere, but corporate ' can you please get rid of the day manager she is a natural born liar, and she mentally abused the other employees, and she's lazy, her phone is more important than the work she was hired to do, stayed outside talking on the phone for over 30mints, she lied when I asked her what was that' she was spraying near the donuts in the store, she said that it was air freshener, when it was really insects spray, also she was out of uniform, and she pulled her hair out behind the counter during bissness hours, please keep a good eye on her. I've taken pictures for corporate to see, we need a new, and more professional management at this Beautiful. store here in the town of Pembroke nc.

Ordered curbside and sat for 15 minutes never got anything. Went inside and drink was sitting in the delivery spot. Asked the lady if it was my drink and she gave terrible attitude. Didn’t even have my donut with it. This is the second time this has happened. Very disappointed.
