This is one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. It has a Baskin Robbin’s in it as well. I wasn’t sure what to get and one of the employees suggested a Cookie Monster milkshake. So good, I will definitely be back.

I’m beyond upset. I'm disgusted!!! I ordered avocado toast at the Dunkin’ in Pembroke, NC, and it came with a dead fly on top of it. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. I will never eat here again. 🤮🤢

Had the Baskin Robbins ice cream 🍦 1 scoop of butter pecan and 1 scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough in a waffle cone. The ice-cream was exceptional as well as the cone. Great service. Clean place. Very modern. I'll be back!

i recently quit, solely because of the toxic environment that tara (the manager) created. she yelled at me multiple times, in front of customers too. she told me to “get over” my panic attack that she caused. she then tried to play victim after yelling for me to walk out and leave because i said i was going to the bathroom. i was degraded and put down daily at this place and i wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

We had a mobile order we had to pull up to wait and they gave us all 3 ice coffee's drinks with no straws and then we notice all 3 drinks had no labels. When we told the young lady she just smirked and said she was sorry. I get this drink often and if definitely didn't taste the same. One of the drinks were filled to the brim with ice I couldn't even stir it with my straw.

When I first heard that our town was getting a DD I was thrilled. Another breakfast option, great. I really enjoy the options for different types of bread for my breakfast sandwich. I love the bagels and English muffins. But no matter how delicious their breakfast sandwiches are one employee can ruin the whole experience. It’s not up to me to make decisions for any business regarding who they employ but this one was a bad choice by whoever hired her. Someone needs to address this soon or this will become a cancer and the business will suffer. I’m really sorry to share such a negative outlook but for DD’s sake this issue needs to be resolved soon.
