I was put on hold listening to everyone come in and place their order for 31 minutes and 28 seconds. Then they hung up the phone. Glad someone from our house went uptown to get us something to eat.

I love jersey mikes. I have never been to a dirty shortstaffed inhospitable jersey mikes until today. I ordered online. It was not ready by the scheduled pick up time. I had to ask them to make my online order when I got there. Which they slowly made wrong. Wrong bread and the bacon is burnt. The chicken is filled with burnt black specks from god only knows how many previous sandwiches. The big tall girl on the grill realized my chicken was full of burnt grill waste. So she proceeded to clean the flattop. But opted.to not remake my sandwich. While I was there the phone was ringing off the hook. Once I had already left and was twenty miles up the road I opened my sandwich and tried to call the store Five times. No answer Whoever the owner is you need to start fresh with a crew that cares about ypur business. Update i decided to try the sandwich on the drive back to raleigh. It doesn't even taste like chicken I ate two bites and have the worst heartburn ever. It tastes like char. Two people can not successfully run a restaurant. Especially two that could care less. Worst jersey mikes experience EVER.

I have no clue how this place has a 4.3. I kid you not this was my third time ordering from them and I paid and everything was about to head to get the order, they call and say they are out of bread. The last two times I paid and they didn’t have the bacon for my orders. I don’t know who the manager is here or who is in charge but they really need to reevaluate their choice in management. Because why do yall never have anything that is on the menu. Waste of time and energy ordering at this sorry place. Get a better store manager cause the one yall have is collecting a free check from whoever is paying them.

I worked at this store for 2 weeks and it is down right disgusting the whole entire store needs to be shut down even down to the staff and management there sanitation is horrible as well down to the dust bugs which is everywhere the mildew the water leaks EVERYWHERE and everything they have pans thru the whole store to catch water that don't never get dumped ovens never cleaned not once I've seen and asked about as well the bread gets cooked in corn mill that never gets changed an Matts never cleaned pans as well they also reuse the bacon that gets cooked the day before I actually thru out bacon that was 2 days old ive cleaned the fountain drinks an had straight mold in every spout an forbid you open the cabinet underneath we're it's leaking I've never seen a store ran like this one and it's just disgusting an the store manager just acts like it's nothing and doesn't enforce anything just hires young people that she can boss around she's very rude an disrespectful to staff an customers
