Went and ordered a family meal. and once entering the receipt said that they had double checked everything to satisfy my order. So when we check there was no biscuits which we were in titled for so when we questions the biscuits they said it would be seven minutes. They were not truthful about the biscuits in the bag

They did not take our order we go there which was 10:11 right behind a red truck at the same time they proceed to take their order and right after they tell up to hold. At 10:22 our order was still not taken so I proceed to knock at their window and tell them we were here waiting for 10 mins and they tell us they had no idea although they told us to wait and their system was down. They essentially planned to just leave us sitting there until they officially closed they are wrong. Terrible service. I can’t upload videos but I had video proof.

Thanks Skyler you made our visit special. We don't get to eat out that often. So it is always a special occasion and anything can ruin it, but if you have the best people everything else is GRAVEY.

I have to ask them not to burn up my French fries. Terrible service, workers need more training or something. The food has went down hill recently. I've asked twice to speak to the manager, I always get told the manager isn't there! Doubt I'll go back to Pembroke KFC until service and food is better. I'll spend my money at Bojangles!!
Terrible food. Burned French fries. Hateful customer service. Doubt I'll visit Pembroke NC KFC ever again. I'll spend my money at Bojangles or Zaxby's! KFC in Pembroke needs better management!!

Never have DoorDash orders ready never get acknowledged when you walk in then its always a wait on something order was suppose to been ready at 3:51 asked about it said wait on tenders 12 min later still no order all while there’s atleast 8 workers on the clock but some doing like most do playing on the phone or chatting with coworkers
