Poor customer service, cold food even during a rush
Update: Another disappointing visit. I was handed a bag that was literally falling apart. I even overheard one staff member ask the drive-thru worker to fix the bag, but she refused and handed it to me anyway holding the bag by the bottom. Inside, my food containers were wide open. It’s clear there is a complete lack of quality control here.

Why are employees adding water to the individual teas? The tea is inconsistent in flavor and now we know why. It's being over diluted and weakened.

A simple mobile order took 23 minutes to receive my latte at the drive thru. Then I didn’t even get a full cup after having to switch lattes because they don’t have pumpkin which was not a big deal but 23 minutes! Then to be told “I’ve been made it and sat it down here for someone to give to you”. I literally had to stop a worker in the parking lot because no one was answering the phone and no one came to check at the window. 😤

Highly disappointed with my burger. When I bit into it, the raw taste of the meat made me want to puke. I have never received a burger so raw. My grands were so excited for the place. Now I understand why people are getting sick at fast food places. Do better before you cost a life!
