Lost my mobile order, not once, not twice, but three times. Felt like I was ignored. Got my food a half hour later. No apologies given, which tells me this is standard procedure. Two other people had the same issue. If going here, use the drive thru. My order wasn't special. A large big Mac meal. Food is good, just not fast. Sorta defeats the point. Lol!

One star is really too much. Went there this evening, saw buckets throughout lobby collecting water from ceiling, after placing order went towards restroom to wash Hans saw a yellow caution cone, my 10 yr old son slipped and busted his back side with sewer water, one employee on break laughed, the other trying to mop it up said that they the owners will not fix the pouring toilets!!! Should have taken pics and sued!!
Foods okay but there service is not up to par. Suppose to be fast food but we are always having to wait in the parking lot for them to bring it out
