This location is hands down the best express Japanese food I have ever had. The restaurant is very inviting as I was greeted by Skyy who took my order when I went in and London prepared my order. They were both very friendly, respectful and professional. I highly recommend eating here or placing a to go order because you will not be disappointed.

Today was the 1st bad experience my sushi was not fresh, 1st time ordering soba with beef about 5 picces of steak was not good I was highly disappointed now I want ever go back

For starters the sauces taste store bought. Secondly they have on the menu egg rolls but give you two little spring rolls for $5.00 and they were greasy. I got shrimp and steak hibachi and they gave me 6 small size shrimp not even the jumbo ones. And the food has no flavor what so ever.

you would think a restaurant would inform people that their card/debit machine is down before driving there to pick up an order just to say “cash only”
Good experience for me. Hadn’t been here in years but the hibachi chicken and shrimp was great, only thing the chicken was in big pieces instead of being cut properly. Overall, everything was pretty good.

I’m so disappointed … purchased a meal for a family for Christmas gift. I ordered 4 plates and 1 bowl… total of 2 ginger and 13 white sauces. All of the sauces were in one bag. When I reached my destination all but 2 sauces were saved the rest was spilled out in the bag. I hated to deliver this to this wonderful family. I tried calling the restaurant could not get through. Today, 12/06/2024 I made a special trip to the rest and explained ; showed my receipt. Manager said all she could do was give me the sauces … WHAT A JOKE!!! I asked for next person in charg. She provided name and number… No answer, no return call so far. This is some of the worst customer service I have received. From now on , I will drive to Laurinburg.
