Love Pizza Hut. But please do better when it comes to customer satisfaction or needs. Went there to pick up an order for door dash. The wing box was slightly open and the whole thing spilled on me and before I could even say anything. The manager literally says “have a good day” and closes the window! I walked in the store (sauce all over me, running down my leg, on my neck, HOT SCORCHING SAUCE MIGHT I ADD. I asked POLITELY for wings to be remade, never was rude until he said “what do you want me to do, remake them? It’s 10 minutes.” NO APOLOGY FOR THE SCORCHING HOT SAUCE ALL OVER ME. Not one. Then you ask do I want them remade? Obviously if they fell out and I picked them up with my bare hands? Please do better. I’ve never wrote a review for anyone. So you can imagine this has me livid.

Stopped for lunch on our way home from vacation & we were pleasantly surprised!! The lunch buffet was stocked with many choices & the staff (although small) were very attentive. Highly recommend!! Great job to the GM, very nice man!

Food's pretty good when they get your order right but they're currently understaffed at the moment so it's not really on them other than that is perfect

Don’t waste your time on dine-in buffet. This location absolutely does not care about serving you in this manner. The salad bar is constantly unattended. Usually with out multiple items. Went inside and waited nearly thirty minutes before getting our drinks. Pizza was available hardly ever. Other items appeared dried out and very uninviting. It appeared that they had no one designated to serve the dining area. Our group was totally blindsided by their total lack of service. Waitress came by about every 15 to apologize for conditions we were experiencing. Dine in service has been like this for as long as I remember. Will never return to dine in. We always call in and pick up our order. Usually this is when they excell. Our orders are always on time and ready in less time than they indicate. This location should become pick up service and delivery only. They never have enough employees to service the dining room or clean up the restrooms. I never consider this as a dining option unless it’s pick up. Poorly managed and maintained but still the best pizza option in town. Just don’t ruin your day by considering dining in.
Vegetarian options: If you’re interested in the salad bar please consider going somewhere else.
