It wasn't like this when it was first open but now you have to wait ontill do long for someone to see you and then wait another 25-30 minutes for the food even though the store is empty,they need to do better

Horrible Customer Service. I understand it was busy due to graduation. There was a long line inside and they acted like they didn’t see us. We all stood there for about 10 minutes and even after getting someone attention they acted like they didn’t hear us. We finally got there attention and ordered food and the woman had an attitude and was not speaking up loud enough. I am currently waiting for my food but honestly I should leave because I wonder how the food is if the service is bad. This was highly recommended to me , I am not impressed. I hope the team does better and flourishes more in peak environments.

I don't usually leave reviews for anything but BBQ, but I need to recognize the outstanding service we received! Sedrick was absolutely awesome! He was polite, courteous and took the time to explain the menu to us, because this was our first experience at a Slim Chickens. He checked back on us throughout our visit to make sure we were enjoying our meal and genuinely made us feel at home. We will definitely return to Slim Chickens and look forward to the outstanding service by Sedrick and crew!

Worse experience ever. First you can’t do simple math. Waffle Wednesday 6+6 with tax paying with $20= what? If you can’t add nor read receipts maybe you shouldn’t be a cashier. Toke 45 minutes just get my order and it was wrong. The manager tried to help. But when she said make something simple I figured how simple can chicken and waffles be. I’m not a complainer. I have always received decent service and food here. It’s just hard to find good customer service with people that stand behind their work and their job. I’m gonna have to be desperate to go to this place again.
