This was first time visiting this establishment due to my best friend raving about the food. The customer service was TERRIBLE, our order was taken by Latrish, C. The fries were reheated and not fresh the lemonade was nothing but flavored water. I will say the chicken was decent and thatās due to it being hot and fresh.

Well I went there to pick up the jars of strawberry cheesecake which by the way is very delicious. But what the problem was this time the jars wasnāt filled to the top like they usually are, which is crazy because for that price it should never be short. The young lady who waited on me told me she made them this morning cause I told her I drove from Fayetteville to pick some up, well if she really did make them she didnāt do her job today thatās for sure, her service wasnāt that great either, she was going to let me carry the jars out without putting them in the bag didnāt understand why but again not providing a great customer experience. I hope they work on filling the jars like they use to so I donāt have give out 2 stars because the jars are really good

Went here for lunch on Friday. They have a nice outdoor seating area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Service was very fast and accurate. The French fried were good. The buffalo chicken wrap was good but could use some more buffalo sauce and heat.

You guys are located in front of a university that alone should be a clue that you will have customer from various backgroud/ culture. You guys need to research what cultural competency is because you all are ignorant and rude.
Pembroke NC location: The fries are usually really good, but today they were extremely salty š§ way too much salt literally poured on those fries. Very disappointing. I couldn't even eat them š©
