Staff isn't very welcoming, and sometimes they'll have a long line and only one person working the front while the rest are in the back talking. I used to work at at coffee shop and it shouldn't take 15 minutes to make a drink.

All the workers here need an attitude adjustment, or under go actual Starbucks training because they don’t even know that 2% is the standard milk. They hate when they mess up an order and you ask them politely to remake it- you might as well just leave.
