Look, I know you want Taco Bell And nothing quite hits like Taco Bell when you want Taco Bell But this place AINT it Go to Zaxby's nextdoor next door There's fly's everywhere buzzing around your head while you eat The smell in there is not like anything you've experienced And you'll be waiting about 30 minutes for your food

I ordered a crunchy taco supreme and it didn’t have any sour cream on it and most of the toppings came off because of how it was put in the bag. Terrible service

The food has now become so ridiculously priced, and yet the quality never improves! I know that everyone cooks and cleans differently, and so collectively it's not fair to lump everyone together, and so to the people who do give their all while working I salute you, but to the others who just show up always doing the bare minimum, you're in the wrong field trying to make a paycheck and your lack of concern for quality and service and the lack of courtesy when cooking someone's food is just not right! So many people take fast food jobs because they think it's just an easy way to earn a paycheck and that's just the worst thing you could ever think because it takes intelligence, care and dare I say love to handle, prepare, and cook someone's food... so WHY are so many people in the food service field doing this to the masses? Not caring if food tastes horrible, that there's hair and other objects in the food, and I don't even want to bring up the other horrible things that occur behind the scenes, all because you personally don't eat the food you're serving and therefore you don't care?! Please quit the fast food industry and go elsewhere!!! I know others have to be thinking this!!! I work so very hard for my paycheck and the last thing I want to do is spend $10 on 3 tacos 🌮 that taste like garbage and can't get my money back without ruining someone elses day whose not to blame for the sloppy work ethic of others!!! Do people even realize how long it takes some to even make a $20 bill on their jobs? For me it takes 2.25 hours to make that... so do the math!!! And then my money is wasted on a meal I so desperately wanted because I'm so mentally and physically exhausted from my job that I couldn't imagine cooking a meal at the end of my day, so I went to your place of employment to grab a bite to eat!! But lo, and behold, it's just a catastrophic happening in a bag of so called food that i don't want once I've paid for it because it's just disgusting! It's just an endless cycle and I cannot fix it all by myself... so good luck fellow food seekers... these are just my honest and true thoughts and opinions I hope someone, anyone is willing to listen to...

Went here to eat at 12:30am because I got off work late!! They do not close until 2am & stated they had no grilled items for purchase! Couldn’t get no Mexican pizza, no quesadilla, no grilled steak burrito, absolutely nothing grilled!! They said they could not serve anything grilled at this time! What type of establishment are you running?? They also had no soda! Only Pepsi zero & Diet, ewww disgusting!!! Sounds like you’re just lazy & you already cleaned the grill so you can leave out at exactly 2am lol!! No, I guarantee you they are leaving before 2am!! Get your building in Pembroke, NC in check! They are lazy & claim to be out of everything you ask for! Nothing grilled tonight ma’am! Some people work late & are just trying to get a bite to eat!! That’s it!!! All we want to do is purchase the your food but your employees claim to be out of food!!! What type of Taco Bell has no grilled items & barely any soda choices!!!
can never get my order right. if you order a box combo they’ll always put the food in the wrong boxes. ate here yesterday and in both boxes that i ordered we were supposed to get plain 5 layer burritos, just beef and cheese, but one was supposed to have sour cream. they put sour cream on BOTH and one of them had beans instead of beef… they literally NEVER box the food right. (which is more annoying when the other person literally always gets the same food items as you.) we had previously asked them to please make sure they had everything in the right boxes but nah. they couldn't even get the actual ORDER right.

This pregnant mama is extremely happy with the service we received tonight! Placed a large order on the app because I customize everything but that didn’t stop the staff working tonight from getting every single thing correct. It is greatly appreciated in a day and time when even the top restaurants mess up orders for my simple Taco Bell craving to be met with accuracy. Thank y’all! (P.S.: sorry I’m picky 😂🫣)
