We had a great experience at this restaurant. We were visiting our son and it was a great family restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their food from the pizza to chicken fingers. The waitress was very sweet and checked on us several times. We would definitely return to this restaurant!

ordered a fried chicken strip salad. the chicken was dry and tasted like cheap banquet chicken strips on wilted lettuce. $15.
Never ever again will I order from Zeno's. I've said that in the past but decided to try once more. Disappointed in the quality of the food. However, my service was nice and I still definitely tipped my waitress. I didn't complain to her about the food...as well. Kept it to myself and decided to write a review.

We have ordered from here before which was wings, which are great. But tonight we decided to order the cheese steak. It was horrible. The bread was not toasted. It was not a lot of meat so I think that you should not order anything besides wings from this place.

Service was okay, but wasn't too good. Interior design was depressing and drab. Food was awful. The stromboli I had tasted like nothing but cheese and was oozing with grease. My wife's chicken was okay but the rice was chewy, and overcooked.

I was very happy with the service at first.The reason i'm giving them a rating of one star is because I cannot give them negative stars for service. I ordered a gallon of sweet tea because they didn't have a gallon they gave me 2 half gallons. They never said that the lids were not on secure. So when I hit a bump, Both things fell over. Both lids came off easily. I lost more than half a gallon of sweet tea. I get the food home. The French fries were not fully cooked. I called in regards to the sweet tea, and recommended that maybe they could let customers know that the lids do not fit the containers securely to avoid this in the future.. I was offered an apology and then a very abrupt. We are closed. I will not recommend this place to anyone for this reason and I will not return.
