The worst fast food experience I have ever had. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a pork chop and gravy biscuit. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes I was told they were out of the pork chop biscuits. I asked for a refund and after waiting another 15-20 for the refund I just left without any of my order or money back. The worst customer service. This In place is a total joke. The lady behind me waited 15 min for a small hash browns. I will never be back. Thanks for nothing.

Why
Are y’all’s buns? Always hard like they’re old when I get a burger and the fries why are they always cold? I literally live right down the road got home and my fries are ice cold.🤣
I wanted a burger but dawg house burgers are too thick and just gross thought Hardee’s would be better thought I could give them another chance but huh it’s always same mess 😂
Pikeville really needs some more restaurants down here for real John grill is decent tho 😏

I pretty much always go through the drive through and it's always fast and the people at the windows are always nice. The Hardee's in Pikeville nc. Everytime i go it's always not that busy.
Get in and get out pretty quickly

Went in and ordered 2 shakes, the guy had just placed a bucket of ice cream on the counter for a shake they made for drive thru and the lady tells me they cant make shakes.

I went through drive-thru and my food was not inside my bag. It is my responsibility to check my bag before I pull off. Even with witnesses and me telling her that my food was not in the bag she denied me of something I paid for. I called and called the day of and they didn’t answer the phone so I called the next morning to speak to the manager because she’s the one who handed me the food. I had witnesses in the car and I took pictures that my food was not in the bag and so basically she stole my money by not giving me what I paid for . I even recommended that she check the cameras to see that she did not put food in my bag. She got real nasty with me and lied about giving me my food. I work hard for my money and I don’t appreciate it. I understand that they have people trying to get over on them all the time, but I’m not one of those people and I feel so degraded by the way she talked to me. I normally don’t do this but I was highly offended by her behavior and response. I will be calling corporate as this was not right.

It's hit or miss when using the drive thru.
This time my order was all there. The previous time I was missing a biscuit. Hopefully, they are improving.

Waited almost 30 minute for 2 meals that were so bad we reordered ham and cheeses so we could eat. Definitely not a fast food location for travelers. Manager was a dictator and even though someone was ready to clock in and start their shift, she refused to let them on the clock while we waited for our food and it wasn't like she was doing anything.

They were extremely busy but the associates who were working had the best attitude even though they were very short staffed. It was a long wait but since the staff that was here tonight, it didn’t seem so bad!

first off I would like to say the lady at the handout window was very nice and sweet but to get breakfast at 8:30 in the morning and my entire biscuit is cold and hashbrowns are greasy is not a good look.
I got a sausage egg biscuit and the egg was very thin like I only got half the egg. (. & it was crusty like it’s been sitting for a while) I thought it was supposed to be folded? But anyways, I will not be back for breakfast at all.
