Went at 5pm today, they had no fries at a fast food restaurant! Every time I go I try giving them a chance to do better than last time but the food tastes like it has literally been reheated, IF it’s even hot. The door for the inside was locked at 5:01pm. I just don’t understand how this place is still open!

Waited for exactly 17 minutes in drive thru only person in line no one inside eating ordered 2 small cheese burgers when they finally came they were cold watched as 3 employees just stood around on their phones and laughed and talked, I’d have been fine if food was hot I don’t mind waiting for hot food but when I grab the burger out of the bag before I leave the parking lot and it’s cold I have a problem. I do not recommend this place at all, this is not the first time this has happened it has happened numerous times in the last 2 months sorriest group of employees I have ever met, do yourself a favor and make the drive to Princeton it will take nearly as long as waiting for Pikeville.

This Hardee’s was a surprise. I don’t normally eat at Hardee’s, but it was the only fast food place I could find in the area. I ordered a burger with lettuce and tomato and it was $ignificantly higher than you would pay at any other fast food place. The food was good.

If I could give the Pikeville Hardee's zero stars I would. This is the slowest drive thru you will ever experience. The staff is clueless and simply do not care about customer service at all. I came through for 2 shakes a week ago and waited over 20 minutes, I was the only person in the line. Today we waited 52 minutes for a burger and a chicken sandwich. There were 2 cars in front of us but one took off. We watched the manager throw 5 sandwiches in the trash while we were waiting. I mentioned the long wait to the young lady at the window smiled and said I'm sorry.
