The manager is rude. You don’t have to be rude when people are asking simple questions. I will keep going to criks pizza shack where the service and food is good and you get treated well and they are friendly.

Steak sub was a little small compared to most other places that sell subs. I got a pizza made ot my own! It was soooo good. I think the next time I'll try the lasagna!

Dining in is the best option with the pizza. We’ve had it both ways and getting it delivered was so disappointing. The flavor is great, but the crust is really floppy and not cooked enough. You can’t pick it up with your hands without all the toppings falling off. Fix that and you have a great pizza.

We ordered online and went to pick it up, and I have to say, the place was super clean and the service was fantastic! Our pizza was all ready when we got there. It was absolutely delicious—the crust is fresh and handmade, which is a huge plus! And can we just talk about the sauce? It’s simply amazing! We will definitely be back!
We’re so excited to have a “local pizza joint” back in Pikeville! The pizza is delicious, the staff is always friendly, orders are ready in a timely manner, and they have a relaxing atmosphere. It’s so convenient in our small community to be able to place an order online and run down the road to pick up on a lazy Friday night, too! It’s a hidden gem for sure!

My niece and her boyfriend went to eat at John’s “grill”/pizza tonight 3/17. They sat down in the front room of the restaurant and ordered a pizza and sub. 20 minutes after ordering the pizza was brought out to them and was very good and hot. After 50 long minutes and mentioning the sub more than 4 times to the employees they then got the Italian sub brought out to them and ask for a to go box. I understand being busy but 50 minutes for one Italian sub is crazy! Needless to say their first time was not very pleasant. They are disappointed because the food was great but the service could have been so much better and I hope it improves!

We reserved the middle room for a January/February birthdays celebration yesterday, and they were very accommodating! They allowed us to individually order when we arrived (15-20 people), and I was astonished at how quickly the food came out! The pizza was hot and delicious; everyone went home happy. Thank you for hosting us!
