The people are friendly enough. But, we've stopped in here 3 times now. Every time the BBQ is cold. This time was no different. We paid, but didnt eat. Unfortunately, this was the last time for us.

A friend a I were looking for some wings and decided to visit All Sauced Up. Pilot Mountain isn't very large, and this place is on the outskirts, but easily accessible from the highway. It's a no-frills, comfortable place. We chose to sit in the outside patio, which is good when it's not terribly hot outside. That is covered and populated with picnic tables.The service was pretty good. They have a few people taking orders and running food.I tried ordering ribs from the menu, but they were out, so I ordered a 10 piece buffalo wing, and my friend ordered a ten piece kickin' bourbon(?) - I think. The bourbon are more like an interesting, smoky honey glaze. Not spicy, but pretty good flavor. The buffalo are what you'd expect. Your lips will burn, but you'll also enjoy it.We also had an order of buffalo hot chips, crinkle cut with some kind of buffalo season salt on them. Very good.Overall, this place is really down-to-earth and the food is good. I'll probably come back and see what else they do well.

Food was not that good. BBQ was cold in the middle of the scoop on the plate. It was as if it was heated in microwave. BBQ slaw was not that great. Service was poor. Only three other people in restaurant only saw waitress once.
Might would have enjoyed it better if the bbq wasnt cold and raw looking. Hush puppies were excellent. Had never ate bbq slaw with carrots in it before but still had a good flavor.
