Aunt Bea's BBQ of Pilot Mountain

Stopped at Aunt Bea’s several years ago where that had servers in a traditional format, had a great experience. Not this time. Aunt Bea’s now uses a fast food format for ordering, order then pick up when your number is called. We both ordered biscuits and gravy. Aunt Bea would roll over in her grave. SYSCO biscuits and gravy from a can. Please pass by Aunt Bea’s and go to Cousin Gary’s.

Best BQQ!!! Love their breakfast ALL DAY!! Awesome food, great staff, great service. Good place for eat in or take out!

Decent food for a good price. BBQ sandwich had cole slaw mixed in. Chili on hot dog was good, and the hot dog itself had a great taste. Drive thru was fast.

I can't understand how anyone could rate this restaurant higher than 1 star. The stewed beef tasted like warmed up Alpo. The ground steak dinner tasted like the beef left behind in the grill drip pan. The hushpuppies and onion rings were fried in old burned up grease. Save your self gag reflexes, don't go.
For this to receive 3.9 stars, people must be higher than a giraffe's rear.

This place was accident AWFUL!!! The service and the food are just all around terrible!!! If you want to get bullied for calling someone the wrong pronoun be sure to eat here! PSA: IF YOU WANT TO BE CALLED SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT GOD MADE YOU WEAR A NAME TAG!!! We spent $50 to throw cold food in the garbage and go elsewhere! The bbq is NASTY!! I have never in life had watery bbq but eating here is exactly what you get! The Cole slaw is tasteless and just all around bad! We aren’t even going to talk about how dirty the facility is. If you want a GOOD HOT meal I highly advise eating ANYWHERE else!!

Had a large chopped barbecue plate & it was AWESOME! So delicious & good I really hated 2 finish it. I literally wanted the juicy tender goodness 2 last & last! Service at the drive-thru was efficient, fast & on point.

Poor customer service. The cashier was bothered to answer simple question if they served bulk BBQ. Very short answers from her, puffed after every time she asked us do we want anything else, followed by is that it? The cook called out our order, we said thank you to the cashier as she put the bins on the counter, and got silence back. Now we are home and see our onion rings order only has 4 and a half pieces. The tater tots were soft. WOW 😳 please don't bother spending money here unless you want to feel less than a number at a government office and half decent food 😞🫨😡

Great breakfast for a reasonable price. This restaurant is walk up and order. You are giving a number and when prepared your number is called. The place is xlean and the staff is friendly.

Triple check your order. I asked for chili cheese fries, didn't get them, ordered a bbq plate and said I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy received no gravy, said i wanted toast got hush puppies. When I came back up to say something I had to pay for the bread seeing they put hush puppies on my plate that I didn't order. Everyone else got their food right but they ordered chicken tenders so do not go to a barbecue restaurant if you want barbecue

I’ve always loved aunt beas but here lately, the food is awful. Spent $60 for cold barbecue and stale fries. To top it off, they left out all of our dipping sauces. Just an overall horrible experience.
