If I could give 0 stars I would!! Stood at register for 20mins for service then waited 30mins for food. I had to speak out loud to get some chicken nugget ranch lol. All heads were down to make sure they ignored customers!! Absolutely poor Service.

We placed a mobile order and ended up waiting in their drive-thru for roughly 20min. The woman we interacted with was either having a really bad night or should just not work in customer service at all. 3 items were forgotten, one of those items being the wrong size, so we had to turn around to receive the rest of our order. People make mistakes all the time, but the service was devastating and it was backed with an attitude.

Pilot Mountain McDonalds stinks. Service is horrible. 9 times out of ten you have to pull over and wait. This morning I ordered the big breakfast platter with hotcakes , get home and there are no hotcakes or hash brown and maybe what equals to one slice of bacon. I have had it with McDonalds. NO MORE

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! They ask if your using the app and when I was just picking up 2 mobile orders they had already charged my card and took my points just to get to the window and be told the frappe machine isn’t working properly so they could give me a different drink!! Like WTH! Really I paid an extra $5.50 for a subscription drink and now I hear this! They gave me the $ back for the special drink but the meals come with a regular drink wasn’t even offered when we ask about our points being given back the rude girl at the window proceeds to get snarky rolled her eye me and said NO! I mean my hard earned money had been spent is how those points even accumulated and now they ripped me off for 4500 points and no drink plus the $2 I still had to pay! Didn’t get all of the food we ordered and paid for had to ask for the happy meal and drink then pull off and low and behold the machine magically worked for the other order but wasn’t even offered to be given any kind of drink for the first order!! I still missing a chocolate shake had to go inside to even get it and was looked at like I was a horrible person for walking in and asking for the kissing chocolate shake!!! I’m so done the pilot mtn McDonald’s is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Need to trade them out for a burger king or something better!!!

Over the past year or more consistently, this location deserves an award for being the absolute worst for getting orders wrong. My family goes here often and have literally never once received an order correctly. Often times crucial parts of the meal are left out. The food is often stale as well. Would not recommend stopping by this location.

The lady at the counter was very helpful. Unfortunately, after eating, I went to the restroom and the urinal was in use by a McDonald’s employee. To my chagrin, this man flushed the urinal, then bypassed the sink without washing his hands and went back to work. But before I left, I looked back in the kitchen area to find him and there he was sitting at the drive-through talking money. I considered telling the store manager, but I didn’t want to make a scene. He is a stocky white male who wears glasses.

Not going back was terrible cleaning tables we were still eating moving our food and drinks ask can you wait and clean somewhere else while we eat just acted like she was in outer space (pilot mountain) never again

I was there yesterday late in the day. Fries were soggy, coke was flat with no ice, chicken nuggets like cardboard, etc. One of the worse McDonald's I have ever been too. Very disappointed. They closed right after I was there and I wound up throwing away my food at a Sheets down the street were I was able to find something decent to eat.
