Thinly sliced potato chips that are fried then seasoned. Served with ranch dressing.
Chicken Nachos
White corn tortillas topped with seasoned chicken. Then we add a cheddar Jack blend, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and jalapenos. Served with salsa and sour cream.

We start with a bed of white corn tortillas chips, pile on fresh lettuce then top it with seasoned shredded chicken, caramelized onions, and red bell peppers, cheddar Jack cheese, and diced tomatoes. Served with sour cream and salsa.

We ate at The Tilted Ladder tonight and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. We’re locals to Pilot Mountain, so dining here is something we do regularly and Ayven absolutely loves it.

Great customer service and great food!

So I love a good hometown restaurant and that’s what this place is! Everyone knows the “regulars,” especially Julie! lol. It feels warm and inviting! The Christmas decor is too cute!

Get the fried pickles!!!! But know that it’s a “shareable size.”

If you’re looking for some place to eat that feels like home; you now know where to go!

Found this hidden gem on my way down from OH to NC. Owner promptly greeted us when we walked in and ensured every customer was happy. Food was outstanding and service was equally as good. A little off the trail but definitely worth the extra few minutes. A must stop for future visits. Well done Crystal and team!
