This place should just shut down. They only accept exact change or card. Guess their employees dont know how to count change.

I've been to Wendy's 3 times this week and they had no chili....went tonight for dinner in drive thru and they had my chili thank goodness, but this time out of sweet tea, didn't have any baked potatoes...what is really going on with this service anymore...

Went through the drive thru around 9:20pm tonight. Placed my order for a salad and was informed that they were not accepting credit cards tonight. They were taking cash only orders and must have exact change! All I had was a $20o on me. I handed the $20 to drive thru and they looked confused. My order was for $8.85
So I searched through my loose change and only had quarters. I handed her $1.00 worth of quarters. I told the cashier not to worry about the 15 cents if she didn't have it. I was asked to pull up and they would bring me my change and my salad in few minutes. They brought my salad and my money in bills minus the 15 cents. Not sure why they weren't accepting credit or debit cards; Only exact change. An explanation would have helped or a credit given for future visit. It's 2am in the morning and I'm still somewhat annoyed by the inconvenience. But I know sometimes things happen that we can't control. Seems like drive thrus in general are not what they used to be. They keep getting slower or ask you to pull up and wait for your order. If they get your order correct, considered it your lucky day. I've waited as long as 27 minutes for a drive thru order. (Not at Wendy's, but McDonald's) That is unacceptable. Not to mention the outrageous cost of the food that's not even hot by this time and the fries are not hot or salted. Thought technology made things easier and more efficient. And the employees complain they deserve more money? If they can't speed up service at drive thrus and get orders correct, why should they make more money? Just some of my thoughts and wondering if anyone else out there is unhappy with the quality and decline of service at drive thrus.

Great meeting spot for me and my buddy
This is the worst location on the planet. They never have change, honestly I'm thinking it's because they hire people that actually don't know how to count so they prefer exact change. It is 7am October 17th and the store still is not open should've been open at 630am. You have 2 people standing in the back of the kitchen just hanging out not doing anything at all. This is why we [paying customers] don't tip and don't think yall are worth no more than the federal minimum wage. You cant even do your job.

This Wendy's has gone down hill. Waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes just to get my order placed. Asked for Dr pepper didn't have it, wanted to try the new pull apart cinnabon didn't have that either. It's almost like they don't do inventory. Last month no Dr pepper. I'll start going to a different Wendy's if this place is going to continue being out of things.

Food was good, and drive-thru was friendly. However, even though we arrived at 8:00 in the morning, the dining room was not available. We had driven for about 2 hours, so we were tired, and wanted to sit and rest.

I rarely go to this Wendy's because they are typically slow. The food isn't usually bad, so I'll bite the bullet and go with low expectations for the service. I went yesterday and I did not disappoint. The car line was long and not moving. No surprise, so I went inside to order. The counter line also wasn't moving, even though there was a clearly frustrated employee assigned to the register.
There seems to be staffing issues at this location. There never seems to be enough people working and they don't seem to know what they are supposed to be doing. Being located on a busy highway that is on the way to the beach, you would think that they would be appropriately staffed at lunch time. This location was really good at one time, but unfortunately it has gone downhill over the last few years.

So me and the kids just went to Wendy's in Pilot and got yelled at by the manger named Mike. I pulled up to the speaker and it took a few minutes for him to answer and when he did he said "what do you want" with an attitude. I asked him if they were about to close and he said "no we close at 2am, but I only have 4 people working and one is about to leave. What do you want?" At this point I was like okay... this guy definitely hates his job, but whatever. I asked can I have a number 1 with just cheese and lettuce. He snaps at me. And I mean Snaps with big huff. That they are out of big hamburger patties, nuggets, and sweet tea... and at this point me and the kids are like... why is this guy just giving us the biggest attitude I've ever seen in a drive thru? I asked what his name was and he said "Mike" and told me to go ahead a call corporate. I said okay maybe I should since you have such a bad attitude for no reason and pulled out of the drive thru and had my window down.
I looked over to see if I could see what he looked like and he just immediately started yelling at me to leave. He was hanging out the window just screaming while another car was there. I could hardly get a word in to even ask what his problem was. He tried to tell me respect is a two way street, but I was very respectful and patient. Never even gave this man an attitude even after he gave me one first. I get that the job can be hard, but I was very kind to him. I always am to service workers. Anyone really, but I try to be extra nice to customer service people. Bad night or not, he can't talk to people this way.
I started recording (but not soon enough) because at this point I was HOT HEADED and started yelling back. And when he saw the camera he tried to act like I was the one that started an issue. My kids were getting scared because this man who is a manger was hanging out the window yelling at me to leave, so I had to let it go and I will be calling in the morning. Through all of this I had not raised my voice until the end when I started recording because he wouldn't let me speak at all. So just a heads up if you go to Wendy's tonight and a guy named Mike is working, he feels like he gets to scream at customers.
Normally that Wendy's is great and I have never had an issue like this. I was in complete shock and I wish I had pulled my camera out sooner and got him yelling at me. My daughter was sitting in the front seat and was left speechless as to why this man just yelled at us for simply coming to Wendy's.
