Associate had to ask if they had various items. The entire place in and out seemed dirty. Ladies bathroom handicap stall had a broken flusheder and was disgustingly full. No sign on the door not to use. There were flies everywhere. Associates did not seem to be happy....looked like they hated their job.

You pay extra for the Wednesday meal and employees apparently cant fulfill their job.

Bought this for a child, she was disappointed. The whole point was to get the coffin cartons.

Went through the drive through for 2 biggie meals. They were cold, so I asked for fresh ones. A little while later an employee brought out basically the same order. Still cold.

DO NOT STOP HERE! Never got a chance to eat here because of the filth. Stopped at this location while traveling. When we were walking in, we were greeted by a garbage can overfilled with trash onto the walkway. Inside wasn’t any better. Tables were disgusting. Walked out immediately. STAY AWAY. Management does not care.

Repeated order 3x still was wrong. 2 out of 3 meals were completely different items. asked for sauce 3x and did not get it. It was not busy at all when we passed through. young employees could use more training.

Door says dining room should be open, but they are closed. Has happened here before. Then when I have to walk through drive thru they have an attitude with you.

Everytime I go to Wendy's in pilot mountain my food is made wrong EVERYTIME. I bring it to their attention while at the drive thru window they proceed to have me move forward waiting on food to cook. When it comes out it is still wrong. Go in and tell them it's wrong and they proceed to think it is funny. Bye bye Wendy's you lost my business.
