Absolutely the worst service around. Charged me $1 for sauce for my meals that are already ridiculously expensive and terrible quality. Then on top of it left out half my order! Now, get to waste gas money to drive 15+ minutes back to the Wendy’s Since they won’t provide a refund or any thing over the phone.
Wendy’s is going downhill, but this specific location is about the worst!
Drive thru
was given a list of things they were out of at drive thru speaker. which was half the menu, and burgers. how a burger joint run out of burgers? absolutely horrible management and typical fast food staff
The worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I waited more than 25 mins for a fish sandwich without pickle. The staff members were bickering about how behind they were, the lobby was filling up with customers & it was just a bad look & experience all around. I stopped to go to the bathroom & grab lunch after driving in from Ohio. Next time, I'll skip that location, no matter how bad I have to pee or how hungry I am.
They got my order right the first time. That itself ranks high in my book.
cheeseburgers were dry and stale, fries weren't salted. other than that, warm food and something to eat.

this place sucks they might as well shut the whole place down,it takes 30/45 to even order if there is a line and even if there isn’t a line ur still going to be waiting forever and when you do get to order they don’t have anything you want i’ve been there and everything i’ve asked i don’t know how they are still in business.
My grandma and I went here this evening after driving for 10hrs, we pull up and ask for a chocolate frosty and a chili.. no chili, ok that’s fine, then we asked for 2 chocolate frosty, they say ok and we pull up and pay. It wasn’t till AFTER WE PAID did they tell us there is no chocolate frosty and said we can have caramel instead. We were obviously upset but agreed, they then took even longer despite saying they already had it ready. We asked for free coupons for the trouble and they refused, becoming rude afterwards. Don’t go here!
This location is awful. They can only take exact change or card all the time. They’re always out of half the items on the menu, and you always have to wait for them to complete the order in front of you before even taking the next order. I’m always told to wait in the drivethru if there’s 1 car in front of me. Seems like the manager needs to be better at making sure their supplies are ordered BEFORE they run out and getting a change order placed from time to time. Some extra training wouldn’t hurt either
