Inside the former Bank of Pinecrest. Fresh bakery goods. Their crepes were not very good. They were mediocre at best. Pastries were good.

Walked in before closing time and waited in line. By 2:06pm we finally made it to the register just to be told we were closed. We were in line before then & the people right infront of us got served. I was in town visiting my sister & nieces. Lady at the register getting an attitude when we asked why we weren’t getting served if we were in line before closing time. All I wanted was to enjoy a coffee shop when I was in town. Decided to leave & go to Given book shop where we were greeted & had amazing service.

My first time trying a cronut…..Delicious!! The service was amazing, the cronut was so flaky and filled deliciousness and covered with powdered sugar! Made me kiss my fingers after the first bite!! Agora is a must when you visit Pinehurst!

Classy, tasty, high quality pastries and coffee!
This place is all class and fully backed by exquisite pastries and breakfast items. The coffee itself tates very fruity, but the presentation and sizes are exactly how they are meant to be.

More wealthy people eat there and ready to golf. Not typical breakfast you would normally go but the food is great

This place was busy and overall the coffee and food were good. Rating a low star for service because we ordered a crepe and it said honey drizzle, when it came it was drenched in honey. We tried to tell them but they would not remake it.

I want to love this place so badly! I’ve been here more than a dozen times because the food and vibes are so good. I’ve just had one too many bad experiences with the staff and supply - they are typically short/stressed when ordering from the counter and over the phone. It’s typically the same 2 girls that aren’t very warm.

They are also ALWAYS running out of bakery and kitchen items. If you want to have a great experience, I’d recommend going anytime before 10 to be sure they’re not out of popular items. One Sunday they even ran out of eggs and needed to cancel our order after we sat down. It feels like there are dozen+ people working and always seem frantic. Hopefully they can get a more efficient system down!

Delicious but consistently disappointed. Our last several orders have been missing important ingredients. The most recent to-go biscuit was so overdone I couldn’t even eat it. We wish it were more organized there, so disappointed.

I visited the Agora in Pinehurst. The building and decor were lovely! We thought the menu would be more varied but it was extremely limited. My friend opted for a mango mimosa which she enjoyed. Our selection of the hummus vegetable crepe for brunch was bland. The slight drizzle of balsamic glaze was not enough to add some punch or flavor to the cold peppers, cucumbers & onions which lacked seasoning or flavor. We unfortunately didn’t try the selection of glorious baked goods & quickly regretted not opting for sweets. If you do visit, sit on the back porch or patio where the atmosphere is quiet as opposed to the main dining room which was loud & very chilly on the day we visited.

Delicious house made lavender and pastries.

If it’s not too hot or cold, the patio will lead to lingering- a leisurely meal and sipping. Otherwise, the inside is loud, cold, echoing with the sounds of baristas hard at work as well as children screaming (attracts a lot of young families). Expect a line as well, but it’s worth it I think!

Very enjoyable sitting on patio and eating avocado toast & coffee. My guest had crepes and we both got bacon sides.
