The food is good, service is ok, not super friendly. We have been here many times and it takes like 45 minutes to get your food out every time. If you are in a hurry, don't chose Dugans Pub, because they are on their own time frame and customer service is NOT really their thing. The food is good, so its 50/50.

I always have such an amazing time here! I came to have lunch and a drink to kick back during the late afternoon, and the atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. I had the Dougans burger and mozzarella sticks! So yummy! The food is absolutely amazing and our server Xayda is absolutely fantastic in every way possible! She is very attentive and pays attention to details and goes out of her way to make sure the experience is everything it should and can be and more! She is very well educated when it comes to both drinks and food on the menu. She makes some killer awesome tasty drinks!! Not to mention the playlist she had playing had superb music which really just pulled the whole experience together even more. Xayda is the best!!

The menu said buffalo chicken salad for $18+. After looking at the bill, they added $7 for chicken. $25+ for a grilled chicken salad…The menu said you could add protein to any salad. But the salad I ordered was a buffalo chicken salad. It didn’t say “would you like to add chicken to your buffalo chicken salad”. It was tasty. Not $25+ tasty.

Stopped by on Monday night around 8 PM for a beer and the angry elf working the stand barked at us that the basement was closed with no offer of any other option so we moved on. Been there before and its great, but didn't get an opportunity to share the experience with friends this trip to the Village.
