The food is good, service is ok, not super friendly. We have been here many times and it takes like 45 minutes to get your food out every time. If you are in a hurry, don't chose Dugans Pub, because they are on their own time frame and customer service is NOT really their thing. The food is good, so its 50/50.
I always have such an amazing time here! I came to have lunch and a drink to kick back during the late afternoon, and the atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. I had the Dougans burger and mozzarella sticks! So yummy! The food is absolutely amazing and our server Xayda is absolutely fantastic in every way possible! Stopped by on Monday night around 8 PM for a beer and the angry elf working the stand barked at us that the basement was closed with no offer of any other option so we moved on. Been there before and its great, but didn't get an opportunity to share the experience with friends this trip to the Village.
