Worst dining experience I have ever had! Dined with 11 others on a golf trip and my food came out 30 minutes after my friends’ food even after waitress kept telling me my food would be out any second! Should have known better than going in when the owner was on the patio hawking customers as we walked by heading towards another restaurant in the mall. Only good thing I can say is I’ll never go here again!

We just moved to the area and decided to eat at Napoli. Will eat here again. Excellent fresh pizza with an abundance of toppings on my pizza. Friendly service and a live performer who sounded like Tony Bennet! Couldn't ask for more on a Friday night and we will be back!Vegetarian options: Fresh and delicious pizza toppings!

Best Italian food I have ever had! I’m not a red sauce person but the sauce that came with the meatball appetizer was absolutely amazing and the flavor was phenomenal. My Alfredo was fantastic and the chicken was so soft! Lastly, the cannoli, by far the best cannoli I’ve ever had, it wasn’t to sweet, it wasn’t to rich, it was perfect. I love cannolis but the sweetness normally stops me from eating a whole one, this wasn’t the case with the cannoli I got tonight. The atmosphere was inviting, the owner participated in karaoke (phenomenal job), and our server was very pleasant!I go here often but I’m reducing my review due to the waitress we had this time. She was horrible and provided the worst service I have ever had by far let alone for here. She forgot to put our order in and we waited for 50 minutes three tables of more people that came in after us got there food before we did and we didn’t get our food till we asked for it to go.

I ordered two pizzas tonight via Door Dash from Napoli’s tonight. This is what I received ? TWO SLICES MISSING!! ?? and it’s the wrong kind. It was supposed to be pepperoni and cheese. Now I have two kids that aren’t eating because no one trusts to eat this pizza and they won’t eat a New Yorker (combination pizza).

The food is fantastic and I really wanted to give it more stars but when you wait an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza only to get home and find the crust burnt you really have no choice. Also the people on the phone should be honest...don't tell me the pizza is only going to take 20-30 minutes to have me drive there 45 minutes later only to be told 20-30 minutes

The food, the music, the ambiance, the owner Sal served me the food, is above and beyond what I expected in this great find. This place is an authentic Italian restaurant with a full bar, white tablecloth dining, reasonably priced and within minutes of the Pinehurst Golf Resort. Whether dining alone, with your significant other or in a large Golf Group, Sal will make you feel at home and definitely fill your hunger with his generous Italian servings. Mangia!

The best pizza in Southern Pines/Pinehurst! The owner Sal is the man. He makes all the pizzas himself, and all the food here is from his mothers’ recipes. Really authentic Italian food and the most friendly and welcoming staff. They really make it a point to make you feel like family here. Great selection of bourbons too!
