Didn’t really have any flavor, they add too much lettuce and have less options to choose from. Personally I thought subway tasted better than this place. 🙌 (cheaper too)

I had to leave a review because I was actually blown away at how great every single staff member was today. And I feel like good employees are hard to come by these days. I went in for lunch and it was super busy, tables full, many people in line, lots of pick up orders and I still was greeted when I walked in the door. It took a while as I expected with a line that long but witnessed the team working together and the positive attitude everyone had. I just wanted to give you all a ?? you are noticed!

On 2/22/24 I ordered lunch for myself and a coworker. The driver messaged me needing a complete address. The address provided was 135 Page Rd N. That is not where my food was delivered, matter a fact I have never gotten my food. This business is not hard to find as it is the only glass building on that side of the road and there is plenty of signage out front. I called to find out what I needed to do to get a refund and was told to call back after 2pm as the managers were really busy. well I would have liked to eat my lunch too. I will not be ordering from this business again. As far as the delivery driver goes maybe they need to either pay attention their GPS or learn to read a map and road signs.

I come to this Jersey Mikes very regularly and always order the sameSandwich. Number 8, mini club sub. This is the 3rd time now I have come in to pay $7.30 (without tax) for BROWN lettuce. Not only that, this last time the meat was very meager, not the usual standard amount. There were 5 employees, only 1 addressed me and the one slicing the bread and meat for my sandwich was RUDE and did not address me once (also looked new), very standoffish. Extremely disappointed. I love jersey mikes but I’m not paying for poor service and skimping on the meat.

I am really disappointed in this location but it's more convenient, I asked for bacon on my sandwich and the girl put about 3 broken tiny pieces and they didn't even have sweet tea. I'll rather spend a little more gas and go to the Southern Pines/Aberdeen location.....too many children working at

While training a new hire...they managed to mess 2 of the 3 sandwiches I ordered. Not her fault. We drove 20 minutes past a Subway because we preferred JM. When I called back...the manager called me a liar...when I reminded them of the mix up...that they acknowledged. All I wanted was a refund for just one of the sandwiches. She refused. I'm not recommending you stop going to JM...Just don't go to the one in Southern Pines NC.
