We had an early dinner & the service was good, both my husband and his sister had a pasta dish & expressed light sauce…that probably wasn’t told to the kitchen staff…too much sauce drowned the fettuccine. Not ordering that again. My lobster ravioli in cream sauce was good.

The hosts were so kind and serviceable. It was a kind of wait, but it was expected.
My lobster ravioli was phenomenal, just a little cold and not warm as desired.
As a wine drinker, they don’t pour enough for a glass of wine.
They do not honor military.

7pm arrival. Couldn't get reservations since we were less than 6 in order to reserve. Waited an hour and 20 minutes. It's Saturday night so we expected a late available table. Once seated, the waitress was super friendly, service was a tad slow but again, its Saturday night. Atmosphere is pretty good, plenty of options for vegetarians. Their sauces are a tad thin but still flavorful. Good place for date night. Just be patient.

We’ve been to Lisi a number of times and always have a great meal and a good time. The hot greens appetizer is so unique and delicious (if you like spicy things!). We’ve had great service every time and have never felt rushed despite the line of people always waiting to get in. Shout out to Brandon tonight who went above and beyond to make sure we got the info we needed when picking out a bottle of wine and for generally being absolutely on top of things when bringing out the rest of our food. He made it feel like we were his only table even though we saw him hustling elsewhere when he wasn’t waiting on us. Love Lisi, arrive at 4:30 if you want to get in without a wait.

Stellar food and experience. Veal parm hit the spot and the bottle of Malbec didn’t disappoint!

Welcome to fine dining in Pinehurst. Here is my summary of this amazing Italian place which was recommended to us by a local and it did not disappoint. We were told to reach there early by its opening time of 4 PM or else we would have to wait. We were the second to reach there and within 15 -20 min, the entire place was packed.
1) Ambiance 5/5: Great setting with both inside and outside seating with shade. They have a bar there as well.
2) Service 5/5: The service was quick and delightful. At the entrance, we had people help take our names and escort us to our seating while the lady taking care of us was very helpful as I wanted some vegan options. She even enquired and confirmed me the things I could eat.
3) Food 5/5: My family absolutely loved all the food here. I just had salad and bread and here is my experience:
a) Complimentary bread: Generally people dont talk about it but it was the highlight of my experience. We were told that the bread here was amazing and it sure was. Either we were really hungry or the bread was delicious since we had 2-3 baskets of it. I guess it was both :)
b) Farro Estivo: It had wheat grains and was delicious. I liked it.
c) Rigatoni alla vodka: My wife had this and she loved it.
4) Value for Money 5/5 - This is a fine dining place so do not expect it to be cheap but it was totally worth it.
In the end, totally worth the hype! Make sure you come here early to escape the wait time and don't miss he bread ;)
The Good:
1) The bread
2) Service
3) Pasta
Not So Good:
1) Nothing that I can think of except the price(which is kind of understood since this is fine dining)

We walked in, no reservation, during USGA World Tournament. Sitting inside was not available, but outside was. It was comfortably warm outside, we said sure. We proceed to be the only table outside, and it was great. My inlaws had Veal Parmesan and the portion was HUGE. They had a nice caprese salad to start. We ordered the Mushroom Ravioli. There were 5 and covered in an incredible sauce. We used spoons to get all of it. We started with a single Caesar salad. Very good. We would definitely eat here again.

The secret is out...there is no better pasta in town. Perfect location in the village and unique atmosphere. Try Augie's for a cocktail while waiting for your table.

The pizza here is incredible. I hail from New England originally and this place has the best pizza I've had in a long time, the meatball and ricotta A+. The gravy is delicious, arrincinci , fried meatballs to die for, all with exceptional service and a polite staff that makes you feel truly valued. The staff is even better than the food. Everyone looks happy to be here, treats you respectfully, and will honor any request you make. Every dish is lovingly prepared and the prices and market are so cute. Go to lisi and dine as soon as you can.

I have tried to eat here and give them my custom several times, but I am unable to make a reservation for just two people. It has to be six or more.
Expect to wait for a table but once you have one, the food and service are excellent.

We may have just found our new favorite Italian restaurant! The gnocchi was a fresh and surprising mouthful of perfection. The lobster ravioli was also delicious with chunks of lobster inside. The strawberry gelato was smooth and creamy. The atmosphere was trendy and the service was angelic (because our server's name was Angel and she did great). We'll definitely be going back soon!
