It amazes me that when it's not busy, the staff here can still not get a simple order right. A plain quarter pounder and fries. When i get home, I have a fully loaded quarter pounder, cold and tasteless. The family that owns this restaurant should be ashamed of the food they are serving. This is commonplace for all the restaurants they own.
I went to this location in 2/10/22 about 4pm and received such poor customer service. It was drive-through because inside was not open.
The lady at second window (Caucasian,female mid 20s) gave me wrong food. I opened the food to make sure and sure enough, all wrong!
I told her and she rolled her eyes. She demanded the opened food back and gave it to the car behind us!
I told her I opened it and touched it, she totally ignored me.
