The card reader was down, so I had to in cash. When I finally made to the 2nd widow my burger was not ready, so I had pull to the next window. My burger was not hot hot.

I waited 15 minutes for my drive thru order and went inside to speak to the manager, she told me it wasn't her
problem, she just came on shift. My order was sitting on the counter so I asked for a fresh, hot order and was told it had just been placed there. I asked for a refund and left. Horrible place. There were very few customers (8) at the place.

tried this McDonalds several times...food always terrible...today service was fast but cold old egg McMuffins (eggs overcooked burnt), cold soggy has browns...not fresh or edible...will make the drive to the Aberdeen location next time...

While taking my order at the drive through the male employee was mumbling under his breath... cussing ... and could be heard with 2 small children under the age of 7 in my car. To make it worst I had ordered happy meals so obviously there was more than likely children with the person (me) in the drive through ordering. .. I should have said something to him when I came to the window ESPECIALLY AFTER SEEING HE WAS ALSO A MANAGER!!!! No wonder it can sometimes take 30mins to just get a order of 2 large fries and 2 drinks.

The girl who was at the window was very rude and gave attitude….. when about to pull to the second window me saying “Thank you, have a great night” as she was handing me my change she then replied “Hmm okay” then closed the window. I expect a nicer response rather than a snarky comment. Upset with the service and atmosphere she set for this McDonalds. Do better! Also to the girl with glasses and looked to be light skinned I love the energy and smiles you were giving everyone…maybe show your coworkers how to treat costumers.
