I ordered a Big Mac meal today and it was terrible it had no sauce no lettuce just meat and bread and no I wasn't going to turn around and go back cuz I was really upset but I would definitely never eat there again only this particular establishment

Waited in the outside lane of the drive-through for a long time while multiple cars were taken through the inside lane. I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickle, they gave me a bun with a piece of meat on it. No cheese, no pickle, dry. I went inside and told them that it was supposed to be a cheeseburger no pickle, but I wanted the ketchup, mustard, and onions. They remade the sandwich and gave me a cheeseburger with pickle. When I told the manager that was not what I ordered and showed her that had pickle on it, she told me that she thought it was supposed to be without onions. Why does it take three tries to get such a simple order correct?

Essentially your average McDonald's. Customer service isn't the best, but it's not horrible either. Drive-thru wait can be very long. Some nights they get your food out decently quick and others, your waiting on average 5 minuets or more to get your food. Besides that they're pretty average.

When I door dash, which is what I do after my full time job, the McDonald's in Pinehurst is my favorite place to receive orders. They are always on top of the orders, friendly service and I even have the McDonald's app now to get points. It's just nice to know that after a long day if I need to work to make extra I can rely on this team to be fast and get the orders right.

I order a drink and maybe a breakfast sandwich quite often. They make the occasional mistake, but the service is good. I really like the people there and have gotten to know a few by name. I also like that is close to my house and easy to pull in and out from. Seems like some of the workers are sticking around for awhile so I guess it is managed well. I hope so because they deserve a good working wage as busy as they are.

This morning, 25 Aug, we went to McDonald's and ordered an egg McMuffin meal and two additional egg McMuffin sandwiches. Two were just fine, but the third was spicy hot! I mean some kind of hot sauce was on it. Not cool. If this was on purpose that is seriously a poor customer service issue. However, if it was an accident (I didn't know a spicy one was a choice), then do better!
