Essentially your average McDonald's. Customer service isn't the best, but it's not horrible either.
Drive-thru wait can be very long. Some nights they get your food out decently quick and others, your waiting on average 5 minuets or more to get your food.

When I door dash, which is what I do after my full time job, the McDonald's in Pinehurst is my favorite place to receive orders. They are always on top of the orders, friendly service and I even have the McDonald's app now to get points. It's just nice to know that after a long day if I need to work to make extra I can rely on this team to be fast and get the orders right.
