I sat for 20 minutes after ordering in an empty store. The drive thru was packed. When I finally went to the counter no one knew what happened to my order. I was so mad I just walked out. Couldn't rate the food since I never actually got anything. The cashier was nice enough but C'mon people.Next day excellent service excellent drink.

Coffe was initially cold but immediately was replaced with a fresh pot by Clark who was extremely nice and very polite. Nathan made my wife’s drink, she requested a low calorie/sugar ice coffee that seemed complicated to me but he crushed it. While waiting for my coffee Nathan wanted to make a similar low calorie drink for my wife to see if she liked it, she loved it. Nathan made a custom drink out of kindness for free. We will now drive out of our way for this Starbucks. 9pm, 2 June.

I showed up at 6:05 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon just trying to get a tall Americano. That's a drink where you pour out the contents of the pot and leave enough room for cream and that's about it.I just finished grocery shopping and was waiting there with my car because I checked the hours on the placard and it said 8:00 p.m. closure.After a few minutes, the person who I assume was the barista came up and said "oh, I'm sorry we're closed.". I asked why? I don't remember exactly what she said but the content was all about how she'd been working several shifts and was just really tired that day. Okay fair enough but, look, this is the second time this has happened and I'm not going to go back there because I don't like people making up rules.Have a nice day and be sure to discuss with this employee the meaning of posted hours and why it's a bad practice not to follow those.

In Moore county, we've been without power for the past three days. We just got power today and I drove to the Starbucks which had just recently acquired power and although they were closed, the manager was standing outside, giving free, hot coffee. I believe her name was Kim. kudos for this location. Way to go to servicing your community.

Nice staff who make great drinks. Only problem is that the ice machine at this location has been broken for a long time so iced drinks can't be made properly. It's a darn shame! Poor management for sure.

Well I usually love this starbucks. Came in asked if I can pay for my hot lunch at Starbucks ok no, no biggie but then the girl completely walked away even though I then said I'll order my coffee then go pay for my lunch. Then it's a huge struggle, ok cool maybe she's training. Specifically say caramel drizzle on top of the cold foam. Coffee is up, awesome. Go to get it no drizzle on top but on the sides. Comment I received? Well we usually put it on the sides not on top. I then say any other starbucks would do that and and think to myself even on the mobile app it will offer it to be on the top but cool. Just make my coffee anyway you sent to. So if you want to order something straight off the menu awesome, anything a little different don't even try. And hopefully the girl stays at the counter and not walks away.

It seems like most of the time I come here the girls who work are always gossiping or complaining about something while I walk up. Today at 9 am I waited while the girls were finishing up their chat. They saw me walk up and decided to ignore me and continue chatting. I looked at my phone to see how long they were going to take and one finally walked up to me and said NOTHING. I said, "Good morning, how are you!?" NO response & a blank stare. I turned around and walked straight out without ordering. Why is the customer giving the customer service here every time?! Whoever is the hiring manager needs to really learn how to hire more bubbly people. I will not be back since this is a recurring issue. I expect way better from Starbucks.

There're aren't too many negative things you can say about Starbucks. The chocolate peppermint latte was great.

Place is nice and clean and the workers are very friendly. They didn't have espresso one day but had it the next.
