I got a to-go roast beef and Brie sandwich on a croissant. It’s been ages since I last visited! The sandwich was delicious, but I have to say, the portion sizes have gotten smaller. The croissant was much smaller, and there wasn’t much meat. I’ve been a customer for years, even back when it was on Midland Road.
The atmosphere and the service was good. The chicken salad sandwich was good, but not much chicken salad on the bread and the side of cole slaw was a joke. For $12.00 you would have expected more. Very small portions.
Always a special treat going here for lunch! My mom’s number 1 request when she comes into town is to go to Market Place! Staff is always so welcoming and Luke is a wonderful business owner we cannot recommend this place enough for a good, fresh, filling lunch!
